Great place to stay with a fantastic location on the edge of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. Excellent spa services on the 2nd floor and big breakfast spread in the restaurant. The best part of the stay was the staff - just wonderful and welcoming.

It is a hotel located near Lake Hoan Kiem, which is not a big hotel, but regardless of the size of the hotel, I like employees who are so kind and warm-hearted. It's the best.
