Great hotel in the old quarter...close to all the sights and shopping. Staff was amazing and breakfast was always delicious. The hotel is beautiful. Only recommendation is better lighting in the room-- I was on the second floor-- it doesn't get a lot of natural light and the lighting in the room is pretty dim. Would stay here again!!

This hotel is perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and spa options. The rooms were clean and spacious and the service was excellent! From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we received the best service from the hotel staff

My wife and I stayed here while traveling through Hanoi on our honeymoon and we loved it! The hotel is incredibly clean, beautiful and well located. We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite, which was stylish and impressive. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, was plentiful and contained both a buffet and made to order items. We didn’t get to use the spa, but it also seemed nice. Most of all though, the staff was incredible. They were friendly, constantly available and very accommodating. They also spoke English very well and provided great tips things to do, see and eat in the area. Absolutely would stay here again!

Nice and pretty hotel, very clean. Hoang(bell boy) is super nice, always with genuine smile and same as Jasmine from front desk. An Ngoc from guest relations helped us with our tours to Halong Bay(1day tour) even though I wanted to have 2days and 1 night but it was fully booked. We felt that she(An Ngoc) didn’t try hard enough to find us 2 days/1 night for Halong Bay cruise. The fact that we paid our entire stay at the hotel already and we didn’t care if we lose 1 night of not staying at the hotel. Well the good thing that came out of that not having 2days/1night in Halong Bay is, we were able to go to see the mesmerizing scenery of Ninh Binh. Met the very humble, courteous and friendly Mr. Thomas (who we found out is the owner of the hotel)

It's a New Hotel. Clean and very comfortable Rooms. The staff is amazing they work hard to make you feel at home and always have a genuine smile on their faces. I would give Le Chateau the highest recommendation possible!

Charming Old Quarter hotel
Charming boutique hotel in the Old Quarter with a lovely rooftop restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the spa service was great. The immediate area has great food options, with many attractions within easy walking distance.

A very nice hotel in the Old Quarter of Hà Nội. Well presented. Very clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. An excellent breakfast option with both local and western options. Overall a very good stay and will certainly consider next time.

It was a clean and friendly hotel. Quite convenient walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. Two areas for improvement - 1. air conditioning is weak and you may be sweating in the room even with AC on at full power for hours. 2. Breakfast just wasn't very good compared to other hotels. We skipped the second day to go eat out instead. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Pretty good, upgraded property. excellent breakfast with attentive wait staff. front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful. everyone went out of their way to help and make our stay comfortable. It is located in old quarter part of the city. Streets are very crammed and crowded, in all fairness, this was expected and good to experience, but it did feel inconvenient and uncomfortable after a while.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was served every morning and was very good. I didn’t like that they only gave us one room key and every time we left the AC would shut off so we would come back to a room that was extremely hot. There was minimal AC in the lobby, no AC in the elevator or the hallways so it was always hot coming or going from our rooms.

The hotel is new and has beautiful decor based on a blend of Vietnamese and French influences. The staff were friendly and engaging. Hanoi has been a memorable experience, and the Le Chateau hotel was a big reason for that.

I booked this hotel because I read there was a sauna and steam room only to find out this was not the case. The spa was still being constructed. The staff were very accommodating and the owner (Mr Thomas) upgraded me to the presidential suite which very kind of him. He also discounted my beverage. The breakfast was amazing. I just recommend that customers be very careful because what is advertised in hotel booking sites is not always the case on arrival. All things considered, the room and comfort is great. I still would stay again once everything is working as advertised on the booking site (Expedia).

The staff at Hanoi Le Chateau Hotel provide service at an impeccable level. We were especially impressed by Ann, who was always available to help us, very friendly, and very helpful. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink, and multiple staff members approached us with friendly conversation about where we are from, what are plans are, etc. We arrived earlier than our check in, but the hotel hurried to get our room ready and accepted our bags as we went off to explore the city. Our room was set up special for our honeymoon which was super cute, and the room itself was spotless. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter. The breakfast was tasty. This was the last of eight hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip in Vietnam, and it was our favourite. Highly recommend.
