Great place right in the heart of the old quarter close to shopping, lake and restaurants. Staff and facilities all excellent. Ive gone north but hoping to get booked in again once i have done what I want to do here.

This hotel was perfect for our first stop on our Vietnam holiday. Very central and easy to walk to places of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing spectacular about the stay... room is very small but adequate, although for two people out would be cramped. Breakfast is small but very good, with an excellent selection of fresh fruit... noise echos in the halls and with thin walls it can be noisy

The place was clean but the area was very noisy. They advertise a spa but it is an outside service where the masseuse comes to your room. Breakfast was included.

This is an awesome hotel. The staff was attentive, polite and very helpful. They really did everything we needed. We were waiting to go to the airport, they noticed, asked for the Grab info then watched for car, then carried our bags. Service like it use to be. All this for a great price. Check it out.

It’s a small boutique hotel in old quarter and it’s close to everything. Even this property is a part of big hotel group it operates as a family hotel and give a feeling of home. Staff provide exceptional customer service (the best in Vietnam considering all hotels we stayed at). It included free breakfast and you can pick from couple options. Staff serving breakfast it’s amazing. If I come again to Hanoi I would stay at the same property just because of staff and their kindness.
