There is a stinky smell in the main floor every day, we switch to another hotel after we came back from Hanoi 2 days trip,the reason I picked this hotel, from review what other people rate, I don’t know why it rated so high, I don’t recommend it hotel at all.tv not working,breakfast is not good,

Liliane Hotel was perfectly located for us in the centre of old town, in 'hardware street'. Easy to walk everywhere, plenty of food and shopping options. Room was in the older, streetfront building with a small balcony. Great aircon and fan kept things cool, bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was very clean.

The hotel was excellence, all the staff was friendly and helpful, Liliane was very helpful and help me to book 3 day trips what was all very excellence and good value for money and arrange a taxi for me to take us to the airport. Nothing was no bother. would higher recommendation the hotel to others.

First of all, let me say the front desk and the manager at this hotel is amazing. I love Lily she goes and does things for her customers. We love her so much and I think that it’s about it, about this hotel. We got a family room two bedroom one bathroom. We do not touch the shower head, because the head broke. The bathroom was not really clean a lot of mold around. The master room has ants everywhere. My family and I felt like we were living with ants everyday, we kill hundreds every day. Breakfast was very limited and is the same every single day. In my opinion, it was not even good. And the funny thing was on our first day they made the bedroom for my kids, but then skipped out. Don’t ask me why they did that. So during of four nights with them, they made the bed for my kids one time and none for us. They don’t come in at 11 or 12 they normally come in around three and that’s the time we are in our room. We asked them to come back to make our bed, but then never do. They would ask us what do we need and we will get new towels and water from them and call it a day. So over experience with this property, is the front desk. Everything else is a no go. The location on this property is ideal, It’s walking distance to almost everywhere you want to go. It’s very convenience. When it was time for us to head to the hotel, Lily, the Property manager got us a ride from her own hotel for 300, 000 Which is a good deal. Over experience with a 5/5 for me.

Amazing stuff going an extra mile to help you in every situation, I can't imagine better 5* service! I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . We got very nice room and felt at home staying the second time in this hotel- I hardly recommend

Good place to stay
Well located in the old quarter and surprisingly quiet, this hotel has a decent breakfast with made to order omelettes. Free water and coffee/tea through the day. Laundry service is well priced and effective.
