Staff and location are all great. The facility is too old. The towel and bedding sheets need replacement. We have a room with inside window. Does not want to stay at the room at all.

Burping toilets, mosquitos & scolding hot water!

The toilet will burp up air/water often with you sitting on it or not. This leads to a stench in the hotel. Its gross. There are only 2 pillows on the bed. When housecleaning cleans the room they open a small window that leads to the hallway that allows mosquitos to fly inside the room. The water temperature is scolding hot, becareful! The best feature of this hotel is the location & friendly staff.

Everything was as advertised and even exceeded the expectations. I even got upgraded to a better room for free. Room was big, clean and very nicely decorated, and very cozy, as all the hotel was. The service was great, starting from the reception (Anna did the check-in and welcomed me) and the service in the restaurant.
