Hanoi surprise

A hidden gem in Hanoi was so happy with the room as they upgraded me and it was so spacious,Hotel is in the old quarter walking distance to everywhere Hanoi Hilton jail Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum was such a nice couple of days I had there and Ana at reception and the other staff very helpful

Amazing stay at Lotus Boutique Hotel

Beautiful rooms, well appointed and tastefully finished, bathrooms are also new. We travelled as a family of four and the interconnecting rooms were perfect if your travelling with younger children as you have a private corridor linking the two rooms. Great location and staff always willing to help, very accommodating with a late checkout as well, highly recommended!

Great hospitality started even before arriving to the hotel, Anna reached out prior to our stay to provide options for tours during our stay! Plenty of food in the area, walking distance to the lake and night market too!! Welcome drink and local snacks upon arrival and already had our room nice and cool by the time we were guided to the room. They were very flexible with helping us change tour dates due to availability and weather, and went beyond by reaching out to help confirm with the rest of their staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and lovely, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay including the taxi to the airport. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We stayed from 22 Dec to 26 Nov. The hotel is conveniently located a stone's throw from Hoan Kiem lake and on the border of the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Our Balcony room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a tad small for a Balcony , but sufficient by usual hotel standards. What impressed us was the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. We were always greeted by friendly smiles from Mia, Anna and all reception staff (sorry we didn't manage to get all their names), who were kind, personable and provided helpful suggestions. After a long day out, coming back to the hotel was like returning to a comfortable home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel and staff are fantastic. The location is right next to the lake and you have easy access to everything around old town. They also provide plenty of free bottled water and a fantastic breakfast every day. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. However, I have to give a special thanks to Alex the manager. He went above and beyond to make sure that our trip went smoothly, not just at the hotel but even after we left. Tours in Hanoi, booking transportation to Halong Bay and Nihn Bình, and even having a pocket wifi and SIM card ready for us when we arrived, Alex took care of everything perfectly. He even kept in contact long after we had checked out of Hanoi just to make sure everything was going smoothly. A stay at Lotus Boutique will to ensure that you get the most of of your trip if you take advantage of their services. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again when I'm in Hanoi.

I really need to heap glowing praise on Lotus Boutique, Hanoi. I selected this hotel based on the positive review of the staff as well as its location. Right from the warm greeting from Anna at reception, who personally showed me to the room to the other desk staff who were always ready for a genuine chat. The breakfast is filling to say the least and the staff would almost have my morning coffee and scrambled eggs ready as I walked in. The hotel is about 750m from the lake and the whole area is alive with activity, but the hotel is very personal. Love staying at this place.

The hotel's location is excellent, easily accessible from the airport, within the Old District but not too close to all the noise. Walking distance from every good places to visit. Lots of good shops and restaurants around. It is surprisingly affordable with good amenities and the staff are extra helpful and courteous. Rooms are clean. The breakfast is superb. Highly recommended. It will be my hotel of choice when I come back to Hanoi.

Great location, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and night market. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. During check in, customer service staff accompanied us to the room and explain where things are and what is included in the room. There is a good variety of food for breakfast at the hotel.
