The staff was amazing, especially Hang. Hang was very sweet and kind and friendly. She was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. She even got me a birthday cake and surprised me kindly. She is amazing 👏 The staff in general was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were very good and there was plenty to choose from. All fresh food. I would definitely recommend you stay at this hotel, the staff there will make your stay amazing. The hotel is very clean and tidy.

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the Old Quarter and accessibility is truly amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful and keen to provide recommendation for food and attractions. Breakfast selections at the hotel are decent and delicious. Value for money!

This was our last hotel of our trip of Vietnam we booked through Fleetway Travel and again they had not let us down. We were greeted like old friends by Mia and Anna all the staff are great. They picked us up at the airport took us back on last day,kept our luggage as we went on an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay so took just an overnight bag on that trip.

Lotus Boutique was amazing!! The front desk staff, especially Anna, was enthusiastic and accomodating. The rooms were quiet, spacious and clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, shower pressure and heater was good. Pho for breakfast was great. Our baggage were safe in the hotel when we went for our sapa tour, which we booked through Lotus Boutique. The sapa tour was great and definitely a must go.

I stayed here for 1 nights while visiting Hanoi. It was really great and would easily recommend. The location is super convenient as it's located right in the Old Quarter. The room was a bit smaller than anticipated, but was all we needed. Aircon and wifi were appreciated. Breakfast was included and had good buffet and hot alacarte options. The staff were amazing, especially Anna who gave us tons of tips on tours (booked thru her for our halong bay cruise). We also used their airport pick up service which went smoothly. All in all a perfect choice for about $45usd/nt.

So we're do we start. Location - perfect Hospitality- perfect. Everyone friendly, smiling and will bend backwards to make your visit pleasurable. You should all be very proud because you are the stars of the Lotus Boutique. Food- perfect. Everything you could want is here. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms- everything you need for a city centre hotel is here for you. If you feel that you want to be picky about the decor then look outside and then go back to laying on a comfortable bed. My wife and one of my daughters and myself stayed at the hotel in Hanoi for 12 days this month (November 2024). First of all. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Thank you dear Anna and your staff. I traveled a lot already, around the whole world, and I am proud to say that the Lotus Boutique hotel in Hanoi is definitely one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Staff, rooms, breakfast, helping out with info. I can keep on going. Guys, if we ever come back to Hanoi, please keep a room free for us ❤️❤️

I think the best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff. They're so warm and polite, they make you feel welcomed. You're greeted with drinks, and they're so willing to help with anything, without making you feel like a bother. Breakfast was great, wifi service was great. I would honestly go back there on my next trip to Hanoi. Also, the location is perfect. Not too far from all the action, but far enough so it's not loud or crowded. You should stay here :)

This was a slightly tough decision as the room wasn't quite perfect and bathroom not the most modern but for value for money you couldn't fault it. The main reason I rated this 5 star rather than 4 was the exceptional service from the staff and their enthusiasm. They were very friendly and could not do enough for you. If you want 5 star luxury then it's probably not for you but if you want the best welcome ever and to leave feeling you were part of the family then I can't recommend it highly enough.

A nice hotel that was made into a wonderful experience by the amazing staff. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even at breakfast at 6am! They arranged an airport pick up and early check in by email and were extremely efficient. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
