The Lotus Boutique hotel is superb in every way.the staff are friendly and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They could not have been more helpful and let us leave luggage while we went to sapa,then let us shower when we came back. The rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities provided. The location is excellent and you can walk to all tourist locations. Many thanks to Anna for all their help. A real gem of a place.

We had a fantastic days in Hanoi, it was such a lovely start being welcomed by Ms. Anna at the Lotus Boutique Hotel. All the staff were amazing, the rooms were clean, comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious. You really should try this place. Thank you all the staff at Lotus Boutique.

An excellent hotel in Hanoi - the staff were the friendliest we have met in Vietnam (which is a very friendly country!) They went out of their way to help us and give us recommendations. The rooms were lovely and had everything you needed. Excellent breakfast and delicious welcoming drinks. We would love to come back.

A great place to stay when visiting the Old Quarter! The staff is terrific; EVERYONE who works there is extremely friendly and helpful! Anna and Mia will help you book excursions and the rooms are clean, spacious and quiet. Easy walk into the heart of the Old Quarter, which is just steps away. We stayed 3 different nights in between trips out of town and it worked out great; they stored our bags and always made sure we made our connections to Sapa, Halong Bay and the airport without any problems. I highly recommend!

My sister and I stayed at Lotus Boutique Hotel for 4 nights. We were very impressed by the warm and kind hospitality of the staff. Anna(hotel manager), Anna and the rest of the receptionists, porters and the restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is central and quiet. The staff have certainly made our stay at the hotel a memorable and pleasant one. We strongly recommend Lotus Boutique Hotel to travelers looking for hotel in Hanoi old quarter. :)

Spent one night here on 5th may. The staff went out of their way to be charming and friendly and were just so helpful they were amazing - especially Anna who was the friendliest receptionist we have ever come across. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are huge, nicely decorated and excellent value for money. Breakfast is lovely and the staff make you feel like royalty. It's in a good location also. Warmly recommend.

Perfect for a Hanoi visit

A great stay. Everything about this place was just what we needed. We were welcomed by Mia in the most courteous, friendly and professional manner. From local advice to tour bookings, our stay was made easier by the friendliness of all the staff. The hotel is in a great location and easy access to all you need in the Old Quarter and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Recommended.

This lovely little hotel was a real find. I stayed here a few days ago with my husband and son and it was faultless. The welcome is super friendly and you are greeted with a welcome drink. They cannot do enough for you. We dealt mostly with Mia and Anna who were both fabulous, but the boys on the reception desk were smiley and helpful too. The staff's assistance made getting round Hanoi very easy and the hotel is very well placed in the Old Quarter. Breakfast is a buffet but there are additional hot choices at no extra cost. The rooms are very quiet, spacious, and crisp and clean. The room had been tidied already by the time we had finished breakfast! Very impressed with that. Highly recommend this place as a great base when visiting Hanoi.

The staff of Lotus Boutique made my stay special. They treat their guests well and accommodating with my needs. The hotel is a bit rundown and could use an update. Other than that, I appreciate the quiet location of the hotel yet, still close to all the tourists attractions.

This cute hotel is really beautiful especially with its décor in the rooms. It definitely seemed very unique and I liked it and they were comfortable and had plenty of room. Not only that the manager was very pleasant and he was very kind and responsive. Him and the front desk were replying to all my questions and ensuring that I was comfortable which is was really sweet. Also, it's in a very beautiful location, within all of the old quarter buzz. It is such a great place to go if you are looking for a place to just put your feet up and relax. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I feel like there’s no doubt in my mind that it was good value for my money which makes me really want to go there again.
