Avoid! First night we stayed we were woken up by a rodent in our room at 4am. It was difficult to resolve with the reception staff due to a language barrier. Staff would not contact the manager at the time to help resolve the issue. We have still not had any communication with the hotel about this issue despite our reaching out. Even if there was no rodent to deal with the hotel has aged a lot since the photos. The bathroom especially.

I've booked this hotel after coming back from our Ha Long Bay tour. We came in expecting basic service for the price that we paid and was blown away with how great the staff was. The hotel is small and centrally located in Hanoi. The rooms were clean, and we had booked 2 rooms. Breakfast was at the2 floor, and the choices were great. Would definity stay again!

Excellent hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi. Book it without hesitation. Very spacious rooms and despite being on the busy street we were pretty insulated from the noises. The breakfast buffet was perfect.

The staff at this hotel are beyond expectations. Anna at reception was probably the best you could imagine. So helpful. She would book trips and organize anything you need. The breakfast is fit for any King. So much choice, you won't need to eat until the evening
