I did not expect this hotel to be below standard considering the high review ratings on Expedia, which led me to book it in the first place. I can confirm that the reviews are not reliable. After my stay, I went back to read more reviews and found that the lower rated ones were actually a more accurate reflection of the hotel.
Although I stayed only for three nights, I had to endure the poor quality of the hotel. We were two guests assigned to room 206, which was much smaller than expected. The bed was uncomfortable, and the room had an unpleasant smell especially the bathroom, which had a strong odor and was extremely cramped, making it difficult to move around.
Power outlets were limited. We only had access to one, located at the foot of the bed, which was the most accessible in our room. It was also very noisy at night, as sounds from outside could be clearly heard inside. The air conditioning system was terrible as it was extremely cold despite adjustments, and the air blew directly onto our faces, making it very uncomfortable.
One positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff. They were very helpful in arranging airport transportation and assisting with luggage. However, the buffet area was too small to accommodate all guests, and the food was average at best.
Overall, we were not so satisfied with our stay. The hotel felt outdated compared to others I have stayed at in Vietnam, and the quality did not justify the price.
