We have had so much support on this trip, starting from a drive from Halong Bay to Royal Palace Hotel and back again. The communication was fantastic. We were warmly greeted by Sullie with tea and cookies. We were informed of all the tour places that were close. When we got into our rooms they were beautiful, clean and cool. Great location in old town Hanoi

Great location in the heart of old town Hanoi. Excellent help in arranging airport transport and then the next day to help arrange a ride out to Cat Ba area. Wonderful staff, especially Sulli and Jimmy. A bit of area noise but they provided earplugs for light sleepers.

The first time in Hanoi, and I have to say this is a perfect location to stay. Friendly staffs, helpful receptionist. The breakfast was so good and delicious. 10 minutes go to the lake and the train street.

The location is so good! A few steps from train street, central church, Hoan Kiem Lake. Lots of good restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Whole foods across the street. We stayed 2 nights when we arrived in Hanoi and then another night when we returned from Sapa. They held our suitcases for us. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. Our Balcony room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff is very dedicated and attentive. The breakfast is great, everything is there, even homemade yogurts.
