I cannot commend the staff more highly. So polite, helpful and happy!! The rooms are spotless, the breakfast is fantastic and they have an amazing rooftop bar too. Couldn't be happier with the time we spent there. Forgot to mention great location too. Close to markets, food and the infamous Train Street which is a must see!!

Location is great, close to old quarter but far away for a quieter stay. Room was great with a classic design and cool amenities. Brekfast is top notch. They have a lovely sky bar with amazing city views. We spend new year's eve hare and they had a cute countdown celebration with complementary wine. Watching the fireworks from the skybar was an unforgettable experience. Staff is super friendly. We loved our stay here.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful- the pictures are accurate. They offer a very high level.of service. They pay attention to detail. They go an extra mile to ensure that you have all you need in terms of information and advise. All the staff is always ready to assist.. Also love the breakfast..and the location was easy for me to walk alone to train street and other places of interest. Also liked that there was a mirror in the room and I could get an iron to sort out my clothes.. The tea and coffee facility in the room was also good.. Oh and the long warm gowns..this was my last hotel in Vietnam and I was glad everything was of high standard!

The breakfast itself had many options and varied each day. We found it top notch and were noting items down to try to recreate at home. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and arranged our pickup from the airport as well as our transfer on to Ninh Binh. The location is brilliant, being close to the lake and Train Street and not far from other key attractions.
