I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff are outstanding. My daughter loved the pool. We liked it so much that after our initial trip to Hanoi we rebooked here on our return leg. Rooms great! Pool great! Breakfast buffet awesome. Location great! A big thank you (and name check) to Rachel, Tony, Hoang and the guys on the bar (AKA Radish, Tomato and Potato) - you really made my 9 year old daughter smile. Plus everyone else who's name I didn't catch. See you all next time.

I had a wonderful experience at Splendid Premium Hotel. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding and Anna at the front desk. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with both local and international options. The rooftop bar had a great view and relaxing vibe. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and convenience in Hanoi. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. The rooms are great, the hotel is beautiful, their attached spa, Sylva Spa, is excellent, the location can't be beat, and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, and they went above and beyond to help us make the most of our time in Hanoi. They also went far out of their way to help us with a personal situation when we were in a tight spot that had nothing to do with the hotel—they truly saved the day. We couldn't have navigated it without them. A+. 10/10. 5 stars. One of the best hotels and THE best hotel experience I've ever had across Asia, Europe, and the US.

We stayed for a week, which is a bit long for Hanoi but we had a very pleasant stay here. Very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast options - one of the best we’ve experienced in Vietnam! Pool is small but convenient for days you want to stay out of the heat! Gorgeous roof top bar with views over the lake and the old quarter.

The customer service at this property was beyond our expectation. Services offered such as luggage holding was extremely helpful while we were traveling throughout Vietnam. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and I slept like a baby in the room. A good place to stay, central to the Old Town. Clean and had everything we needed. The real standout was the staff. So helpful and friendly. They booked a street food tour for us and we were so well looked after.
