A really beautiful boutique hotel set in a convenient location in the historic old quarter. The room was not large but we received an upgrade with a balcony. What stood out about the hotel is the tasteful and beautiful Vietnamese decor and the service which is top notch. The staff could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff went above and beyond in making our first time to Hanoi a very pleasant and stress free experience. The breakfast was always excellent and even though the hotel is a little out dated, it preserves all the traditional character of the old quarter.

Very friendly staff who cater to every need. Buffet breakfast includes a variety of pastries, eggs made your way, great Vietnamese coffee and fresh fruits. Roof top bar has great views of the city and st.josephs cathedral. Spa and massage services also very good. Hotel is located in a very central location with access to all sights and amenities. No traffic noise experienced on the 9th floor.

I read amazing reviews about this hotel before I came and honestly it was all true. We made a quick pit stop in Hanoi for our honeymoon and the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. You’re right in the old quarter so walking distance from lots of attractions. Overall, you can’t go wrong staying here.

The staff was genuinely nice and professional. Everyone had a welcoming smile and I really enjoyed interacting with them. The location of the hotel is great for walking around, shopping, and visiting some historical and cultural sites of Ha Noi.
