BEST HOTEL IN HANOI
Best Hotel in Hanoi . We loved everything about it. Location, room , comfort , service , breakfast , restaurant , roof top bar .The staff are super nice & helpful with everything . They made us feel special & not just a number . We have travelled Asia alot and this hotel is the best we have stayed in so far .

Top notch service at all times from staff here. Very attentive at all times. The location is great and very walkable. The breakfast had a ton of delicious options. The rooftop bar is great for drinks at sunset. The spa is very clean and peaceful. Will stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

Stylish hotel with brilliant staff
This hotel is very stylish and in the perfect location (by a temple/ by the lake/near bars and restaurant/ a walking distance to the Cathedral/ the President residence and the temple of litterarure). All staff including Jennie our main host couldn't be any more attentive and helpful. Our bedroom was amazing even though we didn't have any view. The skybar is in itself worth a visit and a drink at night. We thoroughly recommend this place.

This was a WONDERFUL stay. The welcome was incredible, I felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. The room was beautiful, staff was friendly and helpful, very clean. The staff particularly helped me with my visa (I had been in Japan and they helped expedite it). Communication with the hotel was excellent ahead of my trip to do this—they also helped to arrange a car to the airport. This was an excellent hotel, location on the lake is great, nice rooftop bar, very nice rooms with AC that works exactly how I like it to (get the room nice and cold) - I can’t say enough nice things and would 100% book here again. Amazing value for the money but please don’t change a thing!

This is high end luxurious hotel. The food at their restaurant and drinks at their rooftop bar are very expensive. We ended up eating street food instead of dining at their restaurant.

Fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!!!! The level of hospitality we received from Mien, Jen, and Brian during our stay at La Sinfonia del Rey was outstanding. They were always keen to know how our stay in Hanoi was going as well as kept up with our plans as we went on tours to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. They took great care in ensuring we enjoyed every aspect of our vacation, even so far as offering a breakfast-to-go option when they learned our flight back was early in the morning, before the breakfast buffet could begin. We will return to Hanoi and La Sinfonia del Rey will be our only choice as a place to stay.
