The service from all staff was excellent. Helped with getting sim card for phone. Assisted with where best to change money, tours etc. Front desk, dining room staff, room service, bar staff and pool attendant all helpful. Would definitely stay here again. The staff set the property apart from other places we stayed in Vietnam.

Fantastic boutique hotel.
Amazing service. They thought of every little detail. They walked across the road to get us safely to the other side. Could not fault the service. Location is fantastic. 5 minute walk to train street. Food market at the end of the street turning left out of the hotel.

Incredible hospitality. Upon arrival we received fruits and tea to enjoy while waiting for check-in. Anh our receptionist was lovely and helped us during our entire stay. She offered great suggestions and advice that made the stay more enjoyable.

We were initially enamored with the lobby and waiting area, only to be disappointed by the rest of the hotel. Bath towels were frayed, no one came to clean the rooms despite our request the second day, and worse of all, there was a gross puddle of yellow liquid (urine?) in the elevator for a few hours another night. We also tried booking a tour through the hotel and was initially encouraged to pay cash and “go under the table” with one of the employees. We ended up booking at the front desk only to be shaken down for more money after we had already gone on the tour bc “they had quoted the wrong price.” Extremely unprofessional, and left a terrible taste in our mouth. We were trying to avoid booking scams by going through the hotel only to find out that apparently that’s not safe either. Do better, Meritel.
