Great service from all the staff the moment we step into the hotel. Check in was super smooth and the room that we had is comfortable and well appointed. Special shout out to Ms Mia from the Pacific Lounge. She can converse very well and is very pleasant, making us feel at home and comfortable.

Pan Pacific - not really a 5 star in Hanoi

The fixtures were old and unlike any other five star hotel, it charged me for extra bottle of water beyond 1 litre per day. The bathroom fixtures need to be re looked and food options as well

Dirty carpet and smelled like mold

The hotel overall is not bad however my room was not clean it look unkept. The carpet was dirty and the walls and feeling was dirty as well . The room smell like mold. We cancelled the next reservation we had for another day and change hotels
