It was a pleasant stay. I only didn't like the room because it had no windows. The place is very far from shopping, dinning and destinations.

I asked the hotel to prepare me a pick up service to the airport, but the driver didn’t show up for some reasons. However, the hotel gave a a complimentary breakfast instead, which I appreciated because i didn’t know where to go in my first day in Hanoi. Although troubles happen when you travel,this hotel is always there to serve you with whatever they can do for you. I’m sartisfied with the spring hotel alter all.

ホテル前からロビーまでの階段を重いスーツケースを上げ下げするのが大変でした。 一般的な同クラスのホテル同様「ホテルスタッフの手伝い」をしてくれる気配はありません。が、「駐車場からのエレベータ利用」もしにくい構造でした。 若いスタッフは数名いましたが良いホスピタリティはあまり感じませんでした。

とてもいいホテルです

清掃の行き届いたとてもきれいなホテルでした。観光の疲れを休むには十分な環境だと思います。従業員の接客態度、サービスも最高でした。 最後の最後に、誰が悪いのか分かりませんが、チェックアウト後AM６:00にタクシーを予約していましたが、ホテル前にタクシーが来たのがAM６:15でその後の予定に少し影響があったので、それだけマイナスさせてください。

スタッフが親切！

清潔感があってとても居心地最高でした。特にスタッフの対応が良く、滞在中一度も不愉快な思いをしませんでした。ただ残念だったのは、シャワーからなかなかお湯がでて来なかった事と、日中に工事の人？が間違って部屋に入って来てしまった事です。
