Great place, great staff!!!

Fantastic stay. Right in the heart of the old quarter. You could walk all around. Great breakfast also and a really comfortable room. The staff is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

Lovely staff but really noisy hotel

As In much of Vietnam the staff were amazing and the breakfast was quite good however I stayed for 4 nights and it was super noisy, the noisiest place I’ve stayed in Hanoi in 4 weeks of being here. I also couldn’t get hot water and the water pressure was really bad and the bath tub was chipped. The pool on the photos too is nothing like the pool in reality, it’s really small so when 2 people are in it you kind of have to wait. The hotel is also under construction on the rooftop so it’s really dusty and there’s cables around and the bar isn’t open. Great air con and staff though.

The wonderful staff made pur stay at Champton feel like a luxurious home away from home. Bella was an absolute gem, and everyone from the restaurant staff to the doormen helped make this a true oasis in the frenetic Old Quarter.

The hotel has a great location for walking Hanoi and visit turistic places. You have to check you book a room with windows (many similar good hotels in the Old Quarter offer rooms with no windows). Great brakfast. Pool is on the roof and has little space around but it is enough to refresh with great views.

We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and our stay at the Champton was great! Perfect location with easy walking to everything. The breakfast buffet was different every day and delicious. The staff was excellent. Also the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend friends to stay. The rooftop pool was a bonus!

The breakfast is good in this hotel and this hotel is nearby to all the food places and is walkable distance to the Train Street and water puppets show. The rooftop bar is under construction atm so expected to have some building work noise. Overall this is a good hotel to stay in.
