Excellent customer service! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and I would highly recommend the hotel. The service was top notch and the staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests. Rooms are clean, breakfast was great. Location was quite central and walking distance to all the places in the old quarters.

Lovely stay in bustling Hanoi

The oriental Jade was a great place to stay. Reasonable rates, great food and service. Jonathan, our concierge arranged a car to the hotel for us as well as late checkout and got us dinner reversions at a very popular restaurant. They provide a list of places they suggest visiting. The location was perfect right next to the lake and the French quarter.

The location was perfect to walk anywhere in Old Quarter and next to the lake. The breakfast was exceptional and had great variety...the french toast was amazing. The friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff were amazing in all areas of this lovely boutique hotel. Friendly faces at every turn. Room was spacious and comfortable, with quality amenities. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter but a quieter area. But the gem is the rooftop infinity pool and bar with amazing views over Hoan Kiem Lake. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Gym was well equipped and the Spa massage was wonderful. We hope we can return to experience the wonderful service again.
