Happy Grove Vacation Packages

My first room had a beautiful view of the strip, but had no air conditioning when it’s 110° outside. They had me come downstairs and pick up a new key and go move my room at 11:45 at night to the other side of a “habitat” view aka the fans above the building next-door. Luckily the air-conditioning worked but the shower did not, and when I turned on the cold water, the handle fell off in my hand. This was one of their upgraded renovated rooms. At the end of the trip, they had told me at the beginning they were taking a deposit for any incidentals in my room or my parking and then when I went to check out, they told me I had an outstanding bill of over $300 for parking, resort fees, and other resort fees. Therefore making my four day trip a $700 vacation instead of $400 vacation. There was absolutely nothing of this that was worth $700 and the surprise additional fee at the end. I will never stay here again.

The place is very small, but just make sure that your AC work properly. Because if it doesn't the stuff won't help you and they will act like you don't know how to use and A C. And they won't help you with the issue.
