The apartment was clean. Beds were on the small side. Shower head fantastic. Towels were plush. Kitchen dishes were great. Floors squeaky. Staff friendly. Convenient location. Restaurant next door superb.

Room was very damp feeling even with in wall dehumidifier running all night. Also small bugs (beetle appearance) in bed that I’m assuming is from continuous dampness in room. Staff notified and said they would notify them - hopefully that means people who cleans the room and that will help future guests while they stay.

Great place, clean, comfortable. The staff were exceptional at the hotel and the associated restaurant. The restaurant, was fantastic, with full-blown breakfast included and delicious food. The surcharge for pets seemed a bit steep but I was glad to have a pet-friendly place that was of high quality. I would definitely stay there again if passing through HVGB.
