The first room, the air didn't work. The room i was moved to didn't have the coverings over the sheets. The sheets really needed to be discarded. They were clean but had a couple old stains and a small tear. The bathtub looked dirty and had no drain stopper. I had to put a towel down to use it because the bottom was discolored. The baseboards were dirty and have not been cleaned for some time, if ever. There were no hand towels. There was no phone in the room. BUT! The air worked! The price should have been my first indication but Days Inn who used to be a nice place to stay has really gone downhill.

Horrifying

Horrible. The new "owners" have their children do the cleaning and the rest of the staff dont know their way around a vacuum. This place was disgusting. Tothpaste spit on the mirror from the orevious guests, sticky floors, and dirty sheets.!! Just awful! Stay away!!

The upgrades of this property are phenomenal. However, the actions of the clerk by telling me they do not have handicap rooms available. Furthermore, the property charged me a $100 deposit on Thurday 3/13/2024 alrhough the room was already paid for online. Today is 3/15/2024 and I have yet to receive my deposit. The call to the property goes to a Google subscriber. What a debacle. Expedia, please address this inconvenience.

The check in gentleman was very nice, but the morning clerk was incredibly rude. The breakfast consited of stale froot loops, cheerios, watery milk, no juice, no coffee, bread, a bowl of peanut butter, and 2 bowls of jelly, not individually wrapped for sanitary reasons, but an open bowl. this is not what I call breakfast. When I asked for directions to the beach, I got, I don't know I am new here. You are new to the area? Horrible morning person.

Checking in the computer was slow and seemed glitchy. The staff remained calm and pushed through. It took longer than necessary even after it appeared the problem was solved. The tub for the shower was dirty and in need of a scrub. The bed made noises when I rolled over, it sounded the the top of a trash can.
