It’s a good place to stay. Staffs are friendly. Food is available on site. It’s little far from Har ki Pauri but auto rickshaw is available even at 5 AM in morning.
Property is good although a bit far from Har Ki Pauri. Only disappointing thing is that there are different rates at different sites, ensure to compare to avoid paying double for the same facilities.
At the time of our stay Google Maps placed the hotel several kilometers from its actual position, which is on Rishikesh Road not at the 49/34/334 traffic circle.
We have stayed in Haridwar at well known chain hotels, but this hotel surpasses all of them without paying a premium price. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Bathroom was also clean with all items needed. Restaurant provided delicious Indian food although there were continental items on the menu. It was easy to get to various sight seeing places in the city. Staff and the manager were attentive and helpful to meet our specific needs. This is the hotel in Haridwar we will come back to again and again.
The hotel is not located in the centre of town, so you have to get rickshaws every time you want to go somewhere, but there are shared rickshaws for just 10 rupees each nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Room was small but clean. Wifi was only available in the lobby and was very slow. Hotel was very quiet, we only saw one other room occupied.
Staff very helpful in providing extra blankets and pillows and heater as it was very cold in Haridwar. Restaurant very nice and delicious Chinese vegetarian food.
Hotel is extremely comfortable. Their staff is highly courteous and was always eager to serve us better. The hotel is 7 kms far from Haridwar railway station though but one could reach easily within 25-30 mins due to good transport connectivity. We were 10 members enjoying a complete family re-union. However, we were not that much satisfied with their cuisine variety and quality. We used to have food most of the times outside. But otherwise hotel is was certainly a good choice that we made. We enjoyed our stay completely.
