Great location to do activities on Ganges, Aarti, and Beatles Ashram. Great restaurant on location and great service. Wonderful view of Ganges and surrounding mountains.

The property is good but the apartments are not well maintained and too costly for the price we paid. It’s worth is not more than 3k per night for this quality!!

TV not working. Internet broken half of the time. Garbage not removed from previous residents. Extremely noisy from renovation and no resolution from management. Furniture broken. Blinds not working. Many false ceiling lights not functional. Showers have extremely poor water flow. Extremely opposite of.luxury apartment. They charge a premium but services definitely not upto the mark. Service also poor. Had to ask multiple times for staff to come for cleaning and refill the tea and coffee. Never had such a poor experience. Therefore this long review. Owner offered compensation of 1000 per night for the extremely noisy room because of massive renovation work.

Location is good with walking distance to ganga ji. Hotel was under renovation therefore lot of noise of drilling machine was there.

The staff and service were as good as none. We had hot water problem and no one could come to fix it. On top of that we received false promises. Besides this, no room service at night or no other person in the reception area in case of any emergency you are on your own.

The property Aloha is good, but these private Aloha luxury apartments- is average. Apartment very untidy, dirty not clean, Arrogant and Staff misbehaves, with no sense of cleanliness even in corona times. Service -average. Kitchen bad condition with very poor utensils, Not worth the money they ask ? Better to stay at Aloha by leisure Hotels, avoid this Luxury Apartments at Aloha.No food arrange ur own food, Outdated washrooms with bad fixtures etc. Roof was very dirty not at all maintained? Overall Aloha property has good views , and good lawn sitting area, which was some relief to the hopeless service by this Luxury apartment staff.

Good value for money - can be better, though
Some apartments are excellent - they seem to be upgrading the regular ones .... staff is prompt .... real value for money compared to another hotel group in the same property, which of course has meals This property could also offer meals and some additional hotel services
