The hotel over all was well maintained. Room was clean and staff were helpful and friendly at check in and check out. Hot breakfast was served with waffle,egg, sausage and gravy and biscuits. Plenty for everyone. Loved our overnight stay. Would stay again.

Have been staying here for about 30 years as my husband is from the area. Always clean and friendly. Brought the grandkids this trip (4 and 2 yrs old). They loved the indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast was like a small Cracker Barrel and delicious-the staff went above and beyond. The laundry was a little lacking as the machines were old and noisy. Overall a good restful stay.

The bed wasn't really that comfortable, and the pillows suck, but the shower was great, the staff was wonderful, and they was able to accommodate my ground floor request..so 5 out of 5.

This time around NO

Was charged more than was quoted. Handicap room on second floor with a tub. I'm in a wheelchair. This time around the trip honestly wasn't good. The whole 2nd floor handicap room with a tub really contributed a lot to it. Not having a manager on site or anyway to get a hold of the manager was ridiculous. It really did no good to approach the front desk. When I asked for a corporate # I was told she didn't have one and then gave me 2 numbers to call that still wasn't corporate.
