The water in the shower never got hot, but Lukewarm at best. We tried different times of the day to get a hot shower and never did. Told front desk. They told us it was functioning properly. When we asked to try another room we were told all the water is the same Temperature in every room.

Staff/check-in was excellent. Our room would not cool down and the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable. Most of us didn’t get much sleep and were up moving around all night trying to get comfortable.
