Common areas were very hot. Lack of AC. No elevator. No one at front desk upon arrival. No response to ringing bell. Had to call. Still took over 10 min. for someone to arrive.

Clean option for area.

Good option for Harper area. Clean hotel. Front desk (both evenings and early mornings) not very attentive. Checking in, I was looking at the associate and had to ring a bell to gain attention. 1st morning, had to ask for more eggs to be made at 6:30am, 2nd day was good. No lounge - update website to reflect this.
