The gentleman who checked us in is an exceptional front desk staff member. He was welcoming, funny, and lighthearted, making everyone around him laugh and feel at ease. I really appreciated his kindness in accommodating us with an early check-in after a long, tiring journey. The entire hotel was very clean, from the rooms to the common areas. Everything always smelled nice. I was especially grateful for the quiet corner room we were given—it was such a blessing for someone like me who struggles with insomnia. The peaceful quiet atmosphere made my stay so much more enjoyable. Despite the internet being a little spotty once or twice, and the rooms needing a little updating-the hospitality here is top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

Enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and out. Appreciated the convenience of breakfast. Our room was on the first floor facing the parking lot, which was well lit. Did not realize that blackout curtains were available. Next time we will ask. Will stay again when traveling through.

The hotel served its purpose. Clean, warm, and convenient to the Farm Show complex and the best price in town. The gentleman that prepared the breakfast was hardworking and gave us piping hot eggs and sausage.

The hotel itself was fine, however the fridge froze all our food solid, destroying several hours of work and requiring the expense of replacing the food. Hotel should check the functionally of the fridges.

Room was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, and saved us from stopping on the road. The lobby smelled musty, but the attendant was nice. Definitely worth the price, and great for a quick stopover.

Crushes the fundamentals
This is a no-frills hotel that nails all the important stuff. Beds are clean and nice, bathrooms are well maintained; water pressure is good. Staff is friendly and accommodating - this was our second stay at this hotel this year. We will look for them again!

Poor internet service
Everything was good at the Baymont except the internet was horrible. You either couid not connect or it was so slow it was impossible to do anything or it kicked you off. Several people were sitting in the breakfast room during the day trying to get service. Other than that is was clean, friendly service people and a great location for us.
