Asked for a quiet room. Mgr type at the front responded with “It’s a hotel, you’re not going to get quiet”. Room was smelly and traffic was right underneath my window. I had booked this place for another night 9 days later for my return trip and asked if I could cancel and get a refund. They told me to ask expedia. Expedia virtual agent responded that they would not refund as my booking via expedia was non-refundable. Cancelled anyway as I didn’t want to not sleep again by staying in this noisy smelly place. Wnydham customer service told me they are all individually owned and they can do whatever they want. I’ll never stay at another Wyndham hotel again. Terrible CS. Expedia CS too long a wait and their virtual agent is not a help.

I’d rate this place 2 stars, the smell in the room was horrendous not sure if the hotel being pet-friendly had anything to do with that. The room smelled wet/mildew although I did not see any mildew or mold. The room was very spacious and big.

RV Show camping at Baymont
Close to highway but quite. Room was large and older but well maintained. Breakfast was better than most! Staff was very friendly

we signed and it was pretty easy. To find an elevator to the second floor you have to walk a quarter mile down so many corridors. Got to our room and found out it was just at the top of the stairs from the lobby we could've just walked up. The front desk misinformed us as far as directions to our room. Then the key did not work so we had to go downstairs again get new keys and come up. Try the key in the door you have to put it in a half a dozen times wait for it to turn yellow and green flash twice then it turns green then you push the handle down then you have to pull the handle up for it to activate . Nice Place to Stay!
Baymont by Wyndham Harrisburg was a great place to stay. Front desk was courteous and efficient. Though furniture was a bit dated, it was well kept. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean, as well as hallways and dining room. Breakfast was good. Very enjoyable stay at Baymont.

I enjoyed staying here who’s convenient close to the giant center clean breakfast was good. Pool was very nice even though I didn’t get to use it. It would definitely stay here again and the price was.

When we arrived for check in, the front desk person was outside smoking right by the doors. He greeted us (while also blowing smoke at us), the shower was dirty and the bed was terrible

Nice place to stay. We've stayed here before. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Night manager was very helpful fixing our check in/out dates after the dates were put in wrong when we made our reservation online. So appreciative for her help and patience.
