What a breath of relief, clean room and free breakfast. Can’t really ask for much more. 11 minutes to Hershey Park, very happy with our stay.

I booked this property about days before my arrival. When I got there late at night they told me that they had overbooked the property and had no room available for me despite me having a reservation. They never contacted me before arrival. Complete lack of respect for customers. I would NOT recommended staying here. They prefer greed over customer service.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready, the pool had a film on it with bugs, the floors were dirty, we didn’t have a key for the room, the door unit was hanging off the back, the fridge wasn’t working there was no remote for the tv and the bedding was questionable. There were no other hotels to stay in the area or we would have left. The floors were u kept and we couldn’t even enjoy breakfast. The pool had a film and had thing “jumping” off of it. The staff was so nice but it was the literal worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at and the price was ridiculous for how dirty it was.

Upgrades have been made to the property but some areas of concern. Our room didn’t have wash cloths, the shampoo container was empty, there was a bag over the smoke detector, we found a bag from a previous stay in a drawer, the coffee pods expired in February 2023 and there were ones from best western with the expiry rubbed off.

The room was very clean, spacious with comfortable beds. A nice shower in the bathroom. Check in was very slow. Coffee machine did not work, breakfast was average and some of the apples were rotten.

This is a nice hotel. Only downside to our visit was our key cards kept not working. We had another family with us and they had to change their room 3 times during a 2 day stay. We changed once. The staff was very accommodating. It was just the hassle of having to move. Also, the pool was not available because of the concern for cleanliness. Something wasn't working correctly with it.

Lobby staff was friendly enough but the cleanliness was terrible.The trash cans outside were overflowing which set an awful first impression.The trash cans were still full when we left the next day. Our room had not been vacuumed and there was a used towel hanging from the garment rack in the room. The only soap we had in our room was open and used.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The beds were clean and comfortable. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed and cleaned better. We had guests above us that were noisy all night. The pool was very dirty. The outside of the property was full of garbage. Free breakfast was decent.
