When we arrive we thought the hotel was fairly decent. When I walked in the room and were pleasantly surprised the beds were comfortable and the bathroom had a good lighting but upon further inspection everything was subpar. When you turn on the light in the bathroom it also awakened the wild banshee. Which consisted of a scream from the bathroom fan anytime the light was on and if you wanna use any source of light you had to use the bathroom fan not pleasant. It was so unpleasant and loud that we moved the lamp from the living room to a plug-in in the bathroom. We attempted to say something to the front desk but there was never anyone in sight. One night we walked out to our car and found a man through the trash accompanied by a very polite cat when he saw us he started sprinting through the woods which was an alarming. I moved my car to the front of the building because I was not comfortable where I was parked and discovered an unattended suitcase in the rain I went inside to notify the front desk and again there was nobody to be found but there was a hand side with the phone number so I texted it with my safety concerns and responded who is this. I said a hotel guest he said OK and that was it. It left us feeling uneasy because there was no security to get into the building and then on top of that nobody in the lobby watching the door. And our final complaint was the elevator was working. At the end of the day it worked for what we needed to but we will not be returning

Very thin walls where you could everyone in the hallway and in rooms next to you, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the fire alarm went off intermittently in the morning for no apparent reason.

Warm welcome then disappeared leaving desk unstaffed. This was not a problem but was unusual. Property seems new and unfinished. Our room door was not secure. The doorframe “box” where deadbolt enters was missing. Everything was very clean. Breakfast selection normal. Unfortunately eggs and meats were cold. Never saw the staff to ask.

I actually booked this hotel due them having an indoor pool, and the location near HersheyPark. The staff was helpful, the accommodations wasn’t on the better side. It’s a small family ran hotel. They did have a breakfast in which the family enjoyed.

When arriving there was nobody at the front desk. We had three rooms. In one room the shower was really gross and the bathroom did not smelled like cigarette smoke and the window was left open. In our second room the toilet would not flush. The last room the toilet also would not flush. The room smelled like sewer, and the shower door fell off the rail. Definitely will not be staying there again.

The location was great, and the agent on the 3 to 11 shift was amazing. However, there was no one available to help with a clogged toilet early morning. I would definitely stay there again.

There are serious problems with this property that make it unsafe. Smoke detectors have been removed from the rooms, people smoke in their rooms and the staff don't care, and they appear to be operating some sort of food take out business from one of the rooms (there are no suites with kitchens but you can smell it and there are supplies stored in the hallway). Although the photos show a pool, it is closed and in reading reviews, it has been for months ("for your safety"). Staff are pretty much non-existent. When we arrived to check in, we were handed a cell phone by someone who doesn't speak english, the person asked for my name and then said "breakfast is 7-10, checkout at 11, please give the phone back to the lady" who then handed us key cards. In the morning, there was a bin to drop your key cards for "check out". This place is beyond sketchy and should not be operating given the serious safety and health concerns.
