We thought everything was dirty and run down. The phone in our room didn't work. We asked for more towels because we had 4 in our room. They said everyone gets 1 towel. We all wanted 2 pillows each and they told us everyone gets 1 pillow. The shower was set at a " luke warm temperature " so you couldn't get a hot shower. Ceiling in our room is ready to fall thru. Patches of paint everywhere. No water in the pool. Room #205.

Hot tub not working, not super clean

The hotel itself was not horrible. The floor we were originally on smelt like marijuana, the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another floor, however under the couch bed we found trash, the side of the end table looked disgusting with old spilt food, and the bathroom vanity was very dusty. We also stayed at this hotel for the hot tub which was closed due to repairs. The second day we were there we were up very early for a trip, and when we came back and tried to take a nap they were doing construction on the room next to us and the TV kept going out. All in all, not happy.

Most of the stay was good. We saw ome cleanliness issues in the common area that were not attended to. The breakfast was probably one of the worst ever. Only one juice selection.

Housekeeping did not come once in my full week stay. The tub wouldn't drain there was hair in the bed and all in the bathroom and i couldn't get housekeeping because apparently they were done for the day. Very terrible place and probably would never come back. I definitely want a refund.

The breakfast area. Their was only Apple juice in the machine. No Orange and the Apple juice did not taste good. Thankfully the waffle maker worked. No milk of any kind to drink. No cold water either. The coffee was not good and they only had powdered creamer. Which is not good tasting. They had some yogurt machine. The warm food I did not check but saw a woman throw hers away and say she was not eating "that food". Also, The shower.. The drain was up and the water pooled up to above my ankles while taking a shower. That's pretty gross. The staff was great outside of that. But they need to fix up if they're advertising free breakfast.

Floor was a little sticky near refrigerator & microwave. I moved the chair to get a better view of the TV and there was cat food under where the chair was. There was not a blow dryer in the room even though it was listed as an amenity. The spa tub was closed. The room itself was clean, towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was alright, it smelled a bit of smoke in our room. I was pretty disappointed that when our toilet had issues flushing I was given a plunger and asked to fix it myself. Would have preferred a different room or maybe some money back for the inconvenience.
