Great place. Customer service excellent. Breakfast was great. If ever back in the area we would stay again. However it states truck/rv/bus parking and I even called and they said yes we have truck parking BUT there is NOT enough room for truck parking. Excellent if in a family vehicle just not great for truckers to park.

Property had signs of dirtiness. There were untidy areas around the entrances (cigarette butts all over the ground), no trash reciprocals, and rat traps at the doors. The room was okay, although the tv did not work on most channels even after they fixed it. Breakfast is closer to Continental than full breakfast. This is clearly a foreign owned and operated hotel, so the standards of cleanliness was not as expected.
