The exterior and interior of the hotel was very clean. It appeared to be new carpeting and freshly painted walls. There was.construction going on in the building behid the hotel but i did not hear any noise. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were spotless and the bed was confortable. Unfortunately, the elevator was broken while we were there, but this was not a problem for us. I would definately stsy at this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Elevator was out of commission which meant I had to hike up 3 flights of stairs my first night. The desk person was lovely to bring my baggage up for me. The second (return) trip the desk person was delightful and got me on the first floor so I did not have to repeat the 3 flights up.

Not ADA compliant in current state
Elevator was out of service. As a person with disabilities and medical conditions it made it extremely difficult to carry bags and walk up 4 flights of stairs being I was under dr orders to not lift anything more than 5 lbs and not climbing stairs. Once I finally made it to the room I was basically confined to that room until my departure. This hotel is not ADA compliant in its current state. Should have been told elevator was out of service prior to check in. I would not have stayed and looked for another room elsewhere.

Elevator was broke so i didnt get room we booked and they wouldnt do anything because i booked through Expedia. They said Expedia would need to fix it. The room is musty smelling and the way into the hotel is closed off and messed up.

You can walk to WaWa is good. Free shuttle to the airport is a huge plus. It will only take 5 mins from the airport.
