1st room tv & air conditioner didn't work.
Moved rooms. 2nd Room was musty, smelled like someone spilled airfreshener which agitated my husband's allergies & throat. The tv only had 2 stations. Breakfast was supposed to be 6:30-9:30 but there was nothing left by 9:10 , only a couple pieces of fruit & waffle batter. Was granted a late check out but got haggled on the way out about our check it time, i watch the lady put it in the system. Just not a place I'll visit again
Bad experience from start to finish. The only thing remotely positive was the front desk representative.
Houskeeping is missing the mark horribly. Tvs are down, air is down, and youll wake up to a mouse on your pillow.
Rodents in the room. Overheard breakfast lady saying that its been a thing even in the kitchen area.
Hotel doesnt seem managed. 5 or less channels for the tv. Wifi is minimal. Its pretty humid in the public areas of the hotel.
Front desk does what they can.
The room and dining area were very nice, but:
i) Half the rooms face the highway and it is occasionally noisy even in the middle of the night.
ii) The staff were not particularly friendly.
iii) The trash bucket had not been cleared from the prior guests, our trash was not cleaned the next day, and my wife saw a sweet mouse in the room!! (It bothered her more than me.)

Common areas seemed to not have AC and were quite stuffy. Some cleaning staff were rather unfriendly. Front desk staff were pleasant. Room had an odor. It improved once air was turned on. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.
By far the absolute worst hotel I’ve been to. No clean towels were available…we were told the staff was unaware they needed to wash towels. The AC didn’t work. The fire alarm went off multiple times, they weren’t able to provide an explanation. No customer service. Do not recommend. Previous reviews are not true.
This hotel was updated, no pool & small gym. The price made it right compared to other options. This was a quick weekend trip so it was fine. Im not sure how well the room was cleaned because clothes were still in the closet. So i did my own disinfecting as well.
Place being refurbished but no complaints about that , but your site says daily housekeeping but hotel desk said they only did every 3 days , so this needs sorting out by yourselves as it’s mis information, also even when house keeping was verbally requested it didn’t happen many time , sometime 5 days in between and then your need force the point , also the cleaning was not to a good standard
