We had a great stay. However, the day we were checking in, we did get there early and the front desk was not even available for a good five minutes, and there was no way to contact them when we asked if there was any room to check into she laughed and said they won’t be ready until after three. We were fine with that, but her attitude was horrible. Every other day was great.

This was our second time staying at the Comfort Suites Hunmelstown. The front desk staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was very good and convenient. The rooms are nice and come with all necessary amenities. It is very conveniently located when going to Hershey Park at a fraction of the price of some of the other local properties.

Not a great stay and not bothering to go back.

Very fast check in, unfortunately we were given the wrong room type. It was supposed to be an accessible suite with 2 queens, but it was not accessible. We checked in after a long day and it was only for 1 night so we didn't bother going to the front desk. The door lock was very finicky to get it to open. The fridge in the room was warm. While the breakfast smelled great on the way downstairs, but we were disappointed when the eggs were wet and bland. The toaster wasn't working properly and a few customers ended up with just bread.

15 minute drive to Hershey Park Great & Clean property! Polite & honest staff as well Left my Gold Chain after I checked out and it was waiting for me at the lobby when I came back to retrieve it
