Unacceptable Rip Off

The hotel would not work with this site to refund an extra reservation that was a result of this site not properly processing requests, 3 days prior to the stay. The hotel was booked and the room could have easily had another customer use it, but they would not provide a refund Unacceptable customer service. Never use the Expedia-owned Hotels.com site ever again or stay at this hotel. This was definitely a poor choice. Dirty elevators, carpet, tiles, and broken shower curtain rod. Chaos at breakfast. Do not stay here or book with Hotels.com.

We rented the property because reviews said it was clean, breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Staff was friendly, food was good but the room was far from clean. Our room smelled, the smoke detector was covered and there were plenty of hairs in the shower.

1st room was missing a shower curtain and the toilet wasn’t working properly. Was offered a plunger. They didn’t have another room to match what we paid for so we took a lower level room and wasn’t offered any compensation for the difference.

Clean, budget friendly hotel

We stayed one night on our way to drop our daughter off at university. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with lots of hot, cold, and healthy options. Fitness room was disappointing. One treadmill was out of order and the tv did not work. There was only one pair of free weights and no benches or mats.

The bedsheet was dirty as shown in the picture. Receptionist was helpful and changed my room. But the other room bedsheet was also not clean. There was hair and dirt over it. Looked like it was not changed. Had to sleep on the same bedsheet.

Clean and quiet room, maybe starting to show its age a bit. But, the price is very good. Breakfast is excellent, but does start a bit late, 06:30, for people on the road. But the selection is fantastic.

The site was beautiful and the rooms are great. The pillows were too big and firm for me but I’ll bring my own next time. That was the one and only issue, otherwise it was perfect for us. Easy check in and out. Lots of selections for breakfast. Even had English muffins, my husbands favorite.

Nice clean property. Beds were a little hard for my comfort but that's a personal choice. Otherwise kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was more than cereal-had eggs, corn beef hash, potatoes. Quiet safe area.

Checked in and when we went to our room the sheets were piled in the middle of the bed. They gave us a free upgrade. The next day while we were out they called and we had to move to another room. We were more than a hour away on a family day. That evening we had plans. We had to come back early to pack up our room and change to another room. The last room had torn curtains and duvet.
