The curtains was falling off the window, the screens were torn, the sheets were thin, the heater smelled and the toilet kept filling the tank every 10 minutes (very loud)...all night long. Oh, make sure you don't get a room on the highway side of the building...you wont sleep much with all the noise. The Manager really should go and inspect each room before renting it. Looks like the issues are not anything new.

This is about the fifth time I’ve stayed here. All the times in the past, the reception was excellent and made Mention of the VIP benefit of $9 worth of stuff from the market next to reception. In all the previous times that included alcoholic beverages offered at about $2.50 a can. This visit was different. The receptionist never made mention of the benefit and seemed unhappy to fulfill it. I took one can of beer and few snacks. I even exceeded the $9 and was glad to pay the difference. She mentioned no issue whatsoever she just wasn’t so friendly. Shortly after I arrive to my room and the phone rang telling me the beer wasn’t included - I had already opened it- how humiliating and really unnecessary- I checked the next morning to look for some written indication but there was none on the wall. In addition room 220 has a door nearly impossible tot open without wrenching one’s shoulder.

The hotel is clean and the service is excellent. The only issue we had was the quality of the beds. They were uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. We had to get extra comforters to put on the mattress so we could sleep.

A big shout out to Sandy! Not only did she diligently keep up with stocking and replenishing food and supplies, she did it all with a smile and great attitude. She's a great asset to the company and profession. A shout out to the reception as well. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very accommodating, professional and I felt she went above and beyond.

Very disappointed! Called two days prior to our arrival to ensure we had a crib in our suite, we were assured there would be one but when we arrived, they were out. It was already 11pm and we were all overtired. Got the key card to the rooms but when we go up there, they did not work. The girl from the front desk had walked past my husband struggling to get the key card to work but ignored it. I went back to the front desk and the young girl fixed them but the checkin process took over 45 min total! The room was NOT clean but at this point we were too tired to deal with it at midnight. The curtains were torn, falling off with holes in them. There was some sort of substance on the window sill that was also on the outside screen. There were cigarette burns on the floor, though we asked for a non-smoking room. There were stains on the couch and chair. The shower still had blue soap residue from previous users and there was dried soap trails along the walls and around the tub. When you turned the sink on, it sprayed everywhere! I had to put a washcloth in the sink otherwise you would get soaked from the water pressure spray. Hallway carpets were all loose making ridging that you trip over. Breakfast was a joke, everything was bone dry and our toddler wouldn’t even eat the French toast. Very disappointed when this looked like a good hotel that was clean.
