I chose this hotel because it was close to Hershey Park. This property was shiny clean! Staff were pleasant & polite. Pretty fireplace with cozy seating area near the front desk. Room was spacious & smelled nice. Breakfast=YUM! Hot tub was very soothing after a long drive with arthritis. Courtesy text reminder of Quiet Time hours was awesome!!! Wish we could have stayed another night!

Good value for the price, especially the suite with seperate bedroom. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and close to Sheetz, shopping, and restaurants. Okay breakfast buffet, but the hours should be extended past 9:30 am. Also, the pool area could use some decor to make it more inviting.

We stayed for 2 nights. We liked that the property was clean, the customer service was very pleasant, the place was quiet and safe. Close proximity to different places to eat and be entertained. Convenient to Hershey. The lady who does the breakfast was so nice and worked so hard. They should give her some help. There was no one to clean up between guests and it got pretty gross and crowded. People were eating in the lobby. They also did clean the room daily. Maybe that’s a new thing? The room was clean but the pool was not the cleanest. The pool heater and hot tub was broken the whole time and I got a rash that I think I got from the pool.

It’s a little noisy at night not terrible but you hear traffic. Wish the dining area was opened later just so there’s a spot you can eat if you get take out. Pool was very slippery around it even with mats. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Breakfast has lots of choices and food for everyone. They kept refilling the breakfast quickly so no wait and the food was hot and fresh. Options of yogurt, eggs, waffles, sausage, cereals, apples, oranges, bananas, english muffins, toast, and oatmeal. Also, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate along with juice options. Bed was super comfortable with many sheets and blankets to keep warm!
