I was very disappointed with the function of the bathroom sink and bathtub. Both were not draining well and you had to shower in standing water. I asked if it could be addressed, the sink was but not the shower. Another issue we had was the horrible smell of the pillows on both beds. The smelled so bad. Otherwise fine hotel

When we arrived there was no one at the desk and there were three other people waiting to check in. One of the clients had to call the hotel phone to get someone. No apology about the wait. Check in easy after that. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom fan was noisy and had to shut the bathroom door. Door to room was hard to unlock. Breakfast was boring, no bagels, corn muffins dry, white/wheat bread, scrambled eggs appeared runny, not sure of sausage gravy and biscuits, but the waffles and coffee was good. Probably would not stay here again and we travel a lot

Very pleased, except for breakfast

The rooms were exceptionally clean and updated. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint about the entire stay was that the breakfast was really unappealing. Eggs were likely powdered and just yucky. Coffee was too weak. I had a small dog with me and I do think $50 a night for one pet every single night is just too much. However, I would seek this hotel out again.

Overall our experience was great. Only downfall was We had 2 rooms booked. One of which the TV didn’t work in, so I had to switch rooms with my parents after we all already unpacked. It was a concert weekend, and with the hotel booked up. During our 3 night stay, all 3 nights our keys for the 1 room wouldn’t work for entry. After multiple attempts the last night, we just didn’t have a working key. The Hotel itself was very nicely updated, the staff was amazing and tried to accommodate our needs! Breakfast was awesome, and we stayed for an affordable rate! I would stay there again if we hit Hershey again. Very easy drive to Hershey park!

We enjoyed my stay. Chris and Genneth was very friendly and helpful. I loved the overall ambience and cleanliness of the hotel. Its smelled so good. We enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast was standard. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price I paid, it was more than expected. I would definitely recommend and stop over on our road trip next year.

Clean and comfortable

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The hot tub is currently closed, which was disappointing. The pool was cloudy, but we still used it and it did not smell or cause any skin issues for us. The breakfast was excellent. The staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
