Mixed review here. We arrived to check in and was told there was no room available, despite having a paid reservation. There was something “wrong with their system”. The only saving grace was the night auditor working that was very nice and went out of her way to call other hotels to get us a room. Courtyard did cover a room at a hotel next door but to be told at 1am after a long day there was no room for our reservation was quite disappointing.

The day we arrived we had no hot water, the next morning we had a letter stating that maintenance will be there to fix it and by the time we checked out there was still no hot water.. we were told we were being reimbursed, a day or so later I had a manager contact me regarding this. It’s been over two weeks and still nothing. I booked through hotels.com so I contacted them and they stated that they never heard anything from Marriott. I don’t typically do this but we found this extremely unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable stay.
