The restaurant on site allows smoking so the more building smells like cigarettes. The sheets were dirty with obvious blood stains, the bathroom had mold and the shower was terrible. We also got bit by something on our feet.

I upgrade from regular king bed to king with suite because regular one was sold out. When I got there . No couch in suite as it said on hotel.com. Just a regular room that I had to pay more for it also everything looks old . Toilet seat is loose.

The lady at the front end was nice. Everything else was unacceptable and disgusting, we asked to have our reservation cancelled shortly after we had checked in: only one lock was working on the door, balcony door wouldn’t lock, at all (huge safety concern with a 3 year old). The carpet had debris, the fridge wasn’t working, the phone wasn’t working. The bathroom was disgusting. The sheets and towels were stained and old. It should be illegal to rent out rooms like this.

Great Place To Stay!
My family and I were on the road to NYC and needed a place to rest. We chose days inn because how inexpensive it was. Despite negative reviews we booked our stay and didn’t have any problems that bothered us. Check in was a breeze. Only took a few minutes. It's your average motel. We did request fresh towels that following morning and within a minute our towels were delivered to our room. Staff were very friendly. For breakfast they had orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, water, Coffee, hot chocolate, Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, mini muffins and hot waffles. The things I did notice was the tv didn’t work properly, the hallway smelled like cigarettes, the card key was iffy and some stains throughout the room but other than that I would recommend this place for a quick stay.

I’m not happy with the way the front desk person treated my reservation. Hotels.com messed my date from Sunday to Monday and he wouldn’t change it so. I was charged for 2 nights. I want a refund or I will never use Hotels.com again

Neighbours tv on all night all 3 nights,hear through the wall, dog barking also, kids running down hallway yellin, banging doors, garbage bags full of garbage in hall out side our room. The bathroom was in need of tlc. The room itself wasn’t bad. The bed’s comfortable. Ac unit was hard to figure out. The hallways smelt like stale cigarette smoke. The continental breakfast was small. The waffle machine cooked uneven. The hotel worked in a pinch but will not be returning.
