Disappointed, discussing, smells, rude staff. Dirty room. I checked in 3 rooms my whole family , 6 adults , 3 young children and immediately checked out. And they refused to give me a refund, I’ll be seeing them in court

Fire alarm beeped constantly, no internet at my room, no coffee maker, Kleenex, or toilet paper holder, very noisy, roaring bathroom fan, A/C difficult to set or regulate, security fastener on door placed so that it didn’t close, bed not comfortable, no shelf in bathroom for items. Room was spacious and clean.

Rooms look like cheap Motel and the sheets were stained and the room smelled like cigarettes when we booked a non smoking room. Upon called the hotel they never answered and never changed the sheets, when call the hostel they only gave me a $8 refund. Horrible hotel to stay not worth the expense price

I inadvertently booked a smoking room. During online check in I requested a non-smoking room which stated was an additional $3. When I checked in in person they charged me an additional $12.

worst experience of my life
So we check in the lady behind the counter was wearing a mask and talking low we couldn't hear her. We go to our room on the second floor walk into the bathroom the toilet was leaking and there was a roach on the bathroom floor. We go down to say something to them and they give us a new room. This time on the first floor we take our stuff down to the new room and leave to get food and see family. We come back go to the bathroom and our shower handle was broke laying on the tube the tv also didn't work. We get a 3rd room it was fine. As for breakfast things was out of date or rotten the first day we didn't have waffles. The outside is outdated and falling apart.

False advertisement
We did not end up staying as it was false advertisement. I booked 3 rooms for my family vacation. My brother had 5 people in his party and when I booked the night I booked 5 people. When I arrived and saw the rooms and asked for a cot the receptionist said there is no rooms for 5 people and they had no cots. She states rooms are enough for 2 people.

Unfriendly staff. My drier in the bathroom was broken and when i went to the front desk for a portable hair dryer, the attendant was not cooperative. Also, they refused to give me a 2nd key for the room.

This hotel was a disgrace to the hotel business. The staff refused to give me and my family more towels and wash cloths for a second night even though there were not enough towels to use for the remainder of the trip. They only gave 2 towels and 2 washcloths per room and expected that to be sufficient for 2 nights. The staff were rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful for the basic needs that a hotel should offer. It was not a safe environment either with drug deals occurring in the middle of the night in other rooms and a lot of foot traffic moving about at night. My room had no garbage can anywhere in the room and when we first arrived we though the key card wasn’t working because the door stuck so hard that you had to pop your hip into it to get it to open. One of the rooms had a stain on the pillow case and also had something splattered onto the curtain. The pictures of this hotel show a pool, however upon arrival it was clear that there was no longer a pool at this hotel. In one of the outside covered walkways leading from the inner rooms to the outer parking space was a huge puddle of dirty water/unknown liquid that sat there for the two days that I stayed there. I will not be staying here again and recommend that others do not as well.
