With such a great room rate I was a bit skeptical about the hotel. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel was spotless and the room was large. Vicki at the front desk was extremely friendly and informative. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff there were eager to ensure you enjoyed your first meal of the day!

We were there just one night. Excellent place and breakfast. The area around it is nothing much, but downtown Carlisle and the beautiful Dickinson college is a short two-mile drive away and a great place to explore on foot. Excellent (!) breakfast. Beautiful fixtures in the room.

Don't understand why this hotel is rated highly.

The elevator was broken. There was a big stain on one of the comforter covers. Everything just seems pretty old and dated. There were also hairs in my bathroom sink.

Easy check in and the Receptionist was very nice. Rooms are unique. A bit dark due to the colours used. But comfortable beds and a good sized bathroom. We thought our room would be noisey as it was just down the hall from Reception. But it was fine.
