Everything was great. Nice and clean. The only thing is at breakfast everything was fine or low. Nothing for filled for over 45 minutes. Several guest coming In to eat and no food. Lady at the front desk had to come over to start filling things. Other than that everything was great.

We stayed for one night in a suite. Location is perfect since its close to Hershey Park and Chocolate World. It appears that there is staff shortage. Took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in, and same experience checking out. Room was spacious and clean, equipped with full kitchen dishwasher, microwave, stove, full sized refrigerator. Truly appreciated the hot breakfast options and the friendly staff in the dining. The major issues were the toilet( very dated and very slow flushing) which ended up being clogged. Bathtub had rust in some areas and the tub drained very very slowly.

Just a quick trip for a food show in Hershey. However, the hotel is nice and very convenient. I'd stay here again.

The parking lot was was set up strange. The side door pads did not work had to walk all the way around the building to go and and out. The King size bed was hard. You sat on the bed or moved the bed creeked. The bed in the middle dipped in and the pillows were flat.

It was ok. The rooms were clean but in need of an update and the beds were pretty hard. It cost more than slightly further options and since we drove, I wish we paid less and just stayed a little further from the park. Didn’t feel there was a huge benefit to being close.
