The one elevator closest to our room on 3 floor did not work properly the 4 days we were there, it would go up, but then would not open back up on 3rd floor to go down. It was a really long way around to the other elevator. There was no air circulation in the hallway and made it hard to breath with the weather being so hot and humid (I understand you can't control the weather). The carpet in hall on 3rd floor was very much in need of a sweeper the entire time. Housekeeping staff spent more time on their phones than actual cleaning. Should have taken a picture of the one female on her phone, sitting on the floor beside her cart Sunday morning. Room was in need of some love, stains on the wall. Front desk staff were friendly. Probably will pick another location next time

We just found out that this hotel is now Pet Friendly…..we can now bring our dog with us next time. Love that The Hershey Pantry is just a short walk through the parking lot!

Didn’t care about property but the rooms were not clean floor was dirty we had to wear socks sheets had dirt and blood stains bed was uncomfortable and pillows not comfortable,towels smelled like smoke and was dingy yellow and hard not white and soft like they should be . Very very disappointed.

This hotel was very poorly run. The halls and floors were always dirty. The bath tub and bathroom were filthy and the service was subpar.

Bathroom with Pink Mold and Mildew

Unfortunately, we went to Hersheypark with our family and did not arrive to the hotel until around midnight. We had spent the day in the park so my toddler and 7 yr old were exhausted or we would have asked for another room, after spending 14 hours in the park we were really looking forward to a hot shower and comfortable bed but this hotel was extremely disappointing for a Hilton Brand. There was pink mold throughout the bathroom, the beds felt like you were sleeping on bumpy rocks. There was visible pink mold all over the showerhead, shampoo, body wash and conditioner holders. The carpets were not vacuumed well, the towels smelled like mildew. Just an overall horrible place to stay. It literally only take a few minutes to spray the mold with bleach to get rid of the mold on all surfaces. It was very obvious that they only oick up and straighten the rooms, not clean them.
