I never leave reviews but feel compelled to after my recent stay. The pack n play provided for my toddler to sleep in was covered in stains and had holes in it. The stains were dark brown and yellow and the pack n play itself didn't even expand properly. It must have been extremely old and has for sure seen its full life of use. I was really surprised the staff even felt it acceptable to provide. God knows what those stains were ( I can only guess). Highly disappointed and disgusted.

This was a two night visit and I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was which was very important to me. There was only a little bit of noise through the adjoining door. I was also happy with the breakfast which we added on and had a choice of omelet, French toast, or yogurt bowl.

The rooms were dirty and out-dated. One roll of toilet paper for 5 people. When calling for a roll-away bad, the front desk wanted to verify if we "qualified" for it. Travis was excellent at front desk at check in and check out though.

Overall a great property and stay. Bathroom floor was a bit dirty when we arrived in our room but that’s being very picky. Contactless check in feature was great except we couldn’t share a room key so my wife had to get a physical key anyway. Great stay and very close to Hershey park

The room I was given was dirty. The bathroom seat was full of pee and there were socks on the floor of the people that were before us. I told the person at the front desk to have it cleaned up and when I came back to the room that day the bathroom was cleaned but the socks were still there on the floor.
