Underwhelming experience
Stayed in this hotel last weekend as an option for a dear friend's wedding in the area. Hotel's communication was quick upon booking and was first told to let them know about early check in and said there was not an issue, then the AGM replied a few days later claiming there was a $30 fee for early check in when I wasn't told that in the beginning so we decided against it; then there's the stay: Our entire 3rd floor smelled of weed every morning to afternoon which screamed someone on the floor or staff was smoking, our refrigerator door lining had mold all over it from never being cleaned or upkept, no door hanger in our room to spell out privacy for sleeping, part of wall above the window had tears on it from a reno project that was covered by the curtains. Bathroom shower only worked on two of the three settings and the door to the bathroom go inward taking up bathroom space when it should open outwards. AC never fully cooled the room down even set at mid 60's. Breakfast was ok, their buffet options were cold even when staff brought out new batches, best things were the waffle maker and coffee maker you made it yourself. After check out I left the hotel this information regarding my stay through their text feedback and have heard nothing since which will be about a week. Overall, it's a quiet hotel given where it's located but there's definitely better options in the area for as much or less. Just underwhelming in lack of care for the rooms or consideration.

It was clean and updated! We loved it.. except, when it was bedtime, our next room neighbor was a loud talker with a woman. They talked so loud I used the ac to stay on to muffle the noise. We were freezing. That and the front desk phone ringing . I would say if you stay on the first floor bring your own white noise machine. Everything else was great! There was a small free arcade, there was a bar in the lobby and in the am there was a decent buffet. It was really nice overall.

The entire staff was super friendly and professional in every way. I also, met the co owner of the hotel, which was really friendly and helpful during my stay. The location has complementary breakfast and convenient right off the highway. Definitely a place to stay and extremely affordable.

Nightmare stay before surgery
Upon entering our King Suite, there was a bag of trash and the entryway tile had dirty spots on the floor. Called front desk, they came and got the bag of trash. Coffer maker would not work. Only got a few tablespoons of coffee in cup. Room had two (2) sinks...one in bathroom wouldn't hold water and one in room wouldn't drain the water. No lights on right side of room to light uo coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator or sink. Very dark in that area. If claustrophobic, don't use the bathroom. I called front desk fot 3:30 am wakeup call. Never received it. Thank God I didn't actually fall asleep all night, because I WOULD OF MISSED MY SURGERY. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. For being supposedly a newly remodeled hotel with new name, it sucked.
