Needs alot of work

The hotel is in the process of construction in certain areas at least i hope There is several water stained moldy areas throughout the hallways and public areas. Carpet pulling up wall needing painted just not nice at all. Breakfast was not great. Most food was overcooked. And very dry

Zero stars save your money and go somewhere else.

Where to I start…. For one I only got this hotel because I stayed at it a few years ago and loved it. The jacuzzi and pool were the only thing I was looking forward to for this trip. However, the jacuzzi was broken, and the pool was more of a lime green, dirty color. I didn’t go in. Family’s would walk in and back out. The towels literally were like sandpaper and pulled my hair out when trying to dry my hair. When the maid came to take the dirty towels, they didn’t replace any towels and there was no toilet paper at all when we got back. We had to physically go to the front desk and ask for those items. I also went to the front desk to complain about the condition and the Jacuzzi and the pool being down. The manager stated that it was on the website that they were under construction, and the Jacuzzi and pool was not working, that I was incorrect. There is nothing on their website stating this fact. There was also a horrible sewage smell on the wing of the rooms mostly the ground level. I will never go to this hotel again. If I knew that this hotel was going to be like this, I would have chosen a cheaper hotel and gone somewhere that had a pool that was working. I paid almost $200 for a hotel each night for 3 nights that I could of went else where that would be better. Oh, and the Internet sucked. I would not recommend until they get their act together.

Overall good deal and stay

Hotel was in good shape minus some minor flaws like the toilet seat being a little broken and the temp knob on the fridge being broken. A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn't in service, but it was great to have an indoor and outdoor pool. Staff was great and friendly and hotel food options were nice. Definitely planning to stay here again for our next trip.

My favorite part was that it was pet friendly! Really nice hotel with a lot to do right on the premises. The only complaint I had was that the ac would come on, turn off, turn on, turn off. It would get hot and I would wake up and it would turn on and cool off. I hardly slept.

This property was a nightmare. It was mold inside of the bathrooms. The carpet looks like it never been cleaned. The curtains had blood stains on them. The beds were uncomfortable. The refrigerator had an odor. Mold on our room door look like someone tried to get in it.

Hotel needs some work

This hotel should not still be in service. Yes it is being renovated but it is in very rough shape. Booked a 2 bed and sofa room and did not get that room because all the sofa bed rooms are being redone apparently. I paid more for a room I did not get. As soon as you park you can smell the mold and mildew from this hotel. Both pools and hot tub were not in service, which is also why we booked for the kids to enjoy after spending the day at Hershey park. The hot tub was emptied out and both pools were very green. If these are not going to be in service then it needs to be communicated. The doors are all warped and the elevators had a smell that I can not describe. They have a breakfast option there, it was a normal continental breakfast, which is fine. But all the milk that was out was in small containers that expired the week prior. The room was clean which was the only reason we didn’t pack up and leave. I will say the staff were very friendly. This hotel has the potential to be nice but they should co side closing till all the renovations are done, per the comments I am seeing these renovations have been going on for a year. We normally stay at a hotel nearby but wanted to try a different place, wishing I just stuck to our original place

The hotel was under renovations and they did not share this. The place smelt musty and the hot tub wasn't running and the pool was dirty. The only good thing was that the room was clean.

This was possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in to date. The positive is the bed is comfortable. First, the room had a broken door that was damaged and wouldn't open or close properly and had missing screws in the hinges. The TV didn't work for two of my three day stay. They finally brought another small TV and set it on the desk for us to watch. The entire hotel smells like mold, damp and urine except for the actual room itself. Outside pool was closed. Indoor pool was hot and smelled horrible as well as the fitness center. This hotel should not be in business until it's remodeled.

The room smelled like mildew. I could see black stuff in the air conditioner vent. Our door that overlooked the pool was stuck and rusty. The tub was not the cleanest. The restaurant food was not good. My kids didn't eat their pulled pork sandwiches. We paid 697.08 for 2 nights. This was very over priced for the condition of the hotel and room. I will not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Great value for family stay

So overall it was ok. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was great. However its currently under renovation repairs and it took us a few tries to get a room where there wasnt an issue. The front desk was very accommodating and the location was right off highway. Only 15 minutes give or take to the park so it was convenient.
