“IM BUSY, CAN YOU CALL ME BACK?”
Honestly I didn’t even get to stay at the hotel. The concert I was going to see rescheduled so I called to reschedule my booking. When I called in the guy at the front desk told me to call back in 5 minutes- he was away from the desk. I called him back in 10 and he told me he was still busy and in the middle of something and to call back later. I was extremely confused. And hour later out of my own stupidity, clearly, I called back and he yet again refused to help. I hung up. I did not rebook. I did not call back. I ate the fee because i felt defeated and upset. I’ve never had this happen before. I will NEVER book here ever again.

Stay somewhere else!!
We noticed the room was not the cleanest when we arrived (sides of mattresses were stained/random stains and marks on other furniture and walls) but we got in late and were leaving early in the morning so we just went to sleep. In the morning we noticed a bug in the bed upon leaving. It made me nervous but I realize there are bugs in the world so I tried not to think too much of it. On the way home we found two bugs in the stuffy my daughter slept with and I found one on the shirt I slept in so obviously it's a bigger issue. When I reached out to the hotel they couldn't have cared less so this is something that probably occurs regularly there. I've also never left a bad review about a stay in my life but I think anyone that books this place should be aware.

The Breakfast bar in the am was very dissapointing one fruit apples no brk rolls or doughnuts no yougurt or milk to drink bagels only no toast or waffles .Pictures do not show true area. very small. pool needs updated should have concrete steps. not handicap accesible to put your feet in and sit on steps. we drove 4 hours to stay near Hershey Park.

Good Short-Term Stay
Pretty typical 3-star hotel experience. Room was relatively clean. They seemed very low on staff, but the hotel staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were great and food options were way more than what I expected, though the restaurant and hotel are separate even though they're in the same building. Kids loved the pool.

We booked two days checked out and took the loss after the first night. The place is terrible. It may have been nice in the 1970s, but it certainly is not now.

Wifi wasn't the greatest. Some of the parking a little to close to road. Front desk people were really helpful locating destination for small emergency that didn't need doctor assistances (drug store).

Please remove this hotel from your website. From the moment I pulled in to this hotel my gut told me to turn around. We arrived after a long day in Hershey Park with family from UK and basically had no choice but to stay. I requested 2 interior rooms and was told at check in that is where are rooms were but failed to mention each room also had a door leading to the exterior. We felt extremely unsafe. There was a huge gap around the exterior doors which allowed for moisture in the room. The carpets and all the bedding were wet. Had to keep my suitcase closed as to keep the clothing dry. The "free" breakfast was nothing more than dry cereal with soured milk left on the counter and a few stale bagels. No hair dryer in the room or coffee maker as listed in the description. Also, no WIFI service for apple i phone users. I tried several times to call front desk but no one answered. Completely disgusted. When i mentioned this to the front desk he stated the hotel was old.!!

We were very pleased with our stay. The facility and room was clean, property was nice, the owner was very pleasant, and it is close to all of the Hershey attractions. We did not try the restaurant although the menu looked good. We would definitely recommend stay at this hotel again.

The room smelled like urine and mildew. Sheets were dirty and not charged.. when i tried to ask for another room i was denied. The room had a door facing the street that you were not allowed to open and make up of wood and glass so the cars that drove by all through the night had the lights through out the room.. people drinking behind the hotel. Receptionists disappeared all through the night. The phone room did not work. nothing like the pictures. Picture the bates hotel but on the bottom floor.When we arrived cops were everywhere. Worse stay ever, if i could give a negative stat i would. My daughter’s feet turned black from walking on the carpet.
