The room was as advertised. Clean but basic. Decent for the price which was reasonable. However the continental breakfast was underwhelming essentially just hot or cold cereal, an apple, juice and coffee. I wasn’t expecting much but usually most places have prepackaged muffins or yogurt, granola bars, tea bags, or one of those waffle makers. It was a big long counter with next to nothing on it. Kind of sad honestly to see.

Expected a bit too much

We only needed to stay for 1 night so we didnt want to make a big deal. Check in was easy and the person was very nice. The room was dated but mostly clean. The bathroom was the biggest issue...the heated light was out, the exhaust fan wasn't working, the toilet would move almost 1/2 inch and the sink drain was super slow, the faucet had the hot and cold reversed. The TV was tiny and old. The restaurant on site was amazing! Overall, it wasnt the best but it met our needs for a 1 night stay.

No breakfast

I was very disappointed that breakfast was supposed to be included. We went at 830 and the time got breakfast was 7-9. There was just cereal with no milk. Coffee was watered down and there was nothing else there except a couple of apples. We had to go to a restaurant to eat breakfast. We booked there because breakfast was included. The room was cute but literally no one came to clean the room. They asked if we needed anything that was it.

Okay place not great.

Room was clean and comfortable although could use some repair—broken light fixture, chipped paint, etc. Could have used a second chair and the free breakfast was just cereal, juice and coffee and some apples—it left a lot to be desired. Plenty of parking. Water in bathroom took a long time to get hot. All in all, it was adequate for the price.

Worst I've ever been treated, don't book here

This was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The morning after check in the shower wasn't working, I made the mistake of reporting this to the staff and letting them know that the shower handle had come off in my hand when attempting to turn on the shower. After waiting for quite awhile for a maintenance to come take a look at it someone finally came to the room. They came in and pulled the shower handle out, looked at me, and said yes it's broken. Then proceeded to explain that they wouldn't be able to get a plumber in over the weekend so I would not have a working shower for the rest of my stay and there would be a charge for the shower repair but they weren't sure how much that charge would be. I asked about getting a room with a working shower and they said they couldn't provide one. I asked about checking out early and they said they couldn't do that either. They claimed that I had signed paperwork agreeing the room was in order before seeing it, so I asked if I should ask to see the room before signing next time and they replied well no you're not allowed to do that. I contacted Wyndham corporate they took down my complaint and said someone would be in touch within a week but if I needed assistance sooner that I could talk to the property directly, who had obviously made it clear they would be doing nothing to help me be prepared to be in a wedding the following day. We ended up booking a room at another hotel at additional expense to us, don't book here.

This is a very old property , that has been re modeled . Its clean, and they have tried to modernize... If you are looking for a swanky place . This is not it . No coffee maker in room .NO elevator. It did the job . But , I certainly think its way overpriced .People who work there were kind and helpful.
