The first room me and wife went to it smelled like mildew. Mind you this was Valentine’s Day 2025 on a Friday the hotwater was also not working for the entire 2 days that we were there I told the gentleman at the lobby desk and all he could say is that he was sorry there’s nothing he could do. I was offered to nothing no refund no discount or anything to accommodate my horrible stay this past weekend”!

The first room I was given had a nonstop leaking tub, which was loud and disruptive. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, the second room wasn’t much better. The heater made a high-pitched noise and constant knocking sounds whenever it was on. Despite this being a budget option, I still expect basic things to work properly. Overall, the hotel felt outdated, unclean, and poorly maintained.

My husband took a shower only to realize there was no hot water. We called the front desk and were told the staff would check on the issue. We received no further communication so assumed the problem was being rectified. That was not the case. We woke up the next morning only to find there was still no hot water. We again called the front desk and were told they were sorry but were unable to fix the issue and we would be compensated/refunded for our inconvenience. At checkout, I was given an email address (on the back of a piece of paper that had someone else's check in information including their full credit card number, exp. date, and name) for a manager to process the refund. It is now almost a week later and have had no contact from the manager and when calling the hotel am told that the manager is not on site with no idea when that may occur. Room was clean and comfortable but not worth the hassle.
