We have a very pleasant stay. My kids really enjoyed being there. The breakfast provided was very nice and Steve made sure everything was well stocked at all times. Will be booking here again in the future.

The property was clean and felt safe and had plenty of parking. The staff was super nice, greeting everyone and asking if they needed anything. Not much to complain about but if I had to, the breakfast was super basic and never varied. Eggs, turkey sausage, white bread for toast, yogurt, apples and super sugary cereals. No granola to go with the yogurt. They did have two waffle makers which helped because it seemed busier during the week than on the weekend. Rooms had Keurig machines therefore the coffee was tastier in the room than in the breakfast area. The bathroom and hallway lighting was dim so hard to makeup on for us gals. Would I stay again? Yes. We were there for 4 nights.

The lady at the front desk was a bit rude, they do not provide housekeeping services until you request one and I had to walk to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels. The lights were dim in the room and no brightness. The breakfast was good atleast.

We booked this Property specifically because they had a pool, 10 mins after checking in they closed it “for cleaning” as I was told. Stayed closed till next morning before check out. Several amenities in room including lights and door inoperable.

There were many problems with the maintenance of this hotel. Our room had condensation dripping from the ceiling the entire stay. There was mildew forming. The carpet was damp as well.

One room had mold all over the bottom of the pullout bed where kids were sleeping. There where no towels in one room and they were rude about everything. The rooms were dirty. Even for free it would have been to expensive.

The service and staff made this an excellent experience - the front desk people were great and especially want to call out the breakfast attendant on June 20th - he was so good and his service, focus on guest needs and friendly demeanor is enough to make the difference for us in booking this hotel on our next visit!

My room was horrible the room had a horrible smell it smelled like mold in the air conditioner and the worst part is they know about it and still booked that room the bathroom door was so jacked you had to push it really hard to close it i cand my daughter couldnt take a bath the plug didnt work .the breakfast was horrible i stay at a decent amount of hotels this was the worst experience by far the only good thing was the location

The room was dirty. The pool was extremely dirty. Big globs of hair floating in it. So disappointed. My kids were very upset about this. The first room we were in had dirty towels on the closet floor so they moved us to another room. The 2nd room was still dirty. Cob web in the corner of the ceiling, food left in the refrigerator, hair tie full of hair left handing behind the door on the door stopper. Needs better cleaning.
