Unfriendly staff! I'm used to being greeted up on arrival! Was given 1 key card for the room. When I walked into the elevator it smelled like a Mavis tire shop. When I got off on my floor it smelled like pets in the hallway. I opened my room door and it still smelled like pets in my room. I didn't ask for a pet friendly room. I wasn't traveling with any pets. I didn't trust the cleanliness of the room so I went and purchased supplies to clean the room. Once I started cleaning the room. I discovered that there were no trash liners for the garbage cans, no do not disturb sign, no ice can liner, 2 wash clothes and no clock in the room. I had to go to the front desk for the do not disturb sign and a ice bucket liner. I went looking for a ice machine. They're was no traditional ice machine. They had a cooler that someone puts the ice in and it stays cold. You have to use the scooper that is in the bucket on top of the cooler to scoop out your ice. I forgot the ice was huge blocks that didn't fit into the bucket. Plus, questioning the cleanliness of the room made me question the cleanliness of the ice cooler and scoop.Upon check out I had to call for an attendant after waiting a few minutes.I will not be going back there!Oh by the way the air conditioner did not work properly at all it did not cool the room.Luckily, it did enough and it wasn't hot outside so the room temp was okay!The thermostat on the wall was broken.Unfortunately, I did not take any pics I was out most of the day

The man who checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was dated and damp. It felt humid, there was mold in the bathroom and overall felt damp and mildewy. There was no comforter in the bed, only a thin blanket. It was not horrible, but I would not stay here again.

Interior needs an upgrade. Example bathroom walls are old and Duquesne rug on the floor in the hallway looks dirty and matted. The person on duty at the desk was extremely helpful and courteous.

Staff was super nice, The bed was incredibly comfortable with a pillowtop mattress. Had a wonderful night sleep. Decent breakfast too, with scrambled eggs, sausage, toast yogurt etc.

The hotel and room itself were very clean and well kept. I will say our bed was completely worn out. We travel a good bit and this bed was the worst one by far. The staff was friendly but it was like pulling teeth to get new towels and wash cloths. We stayed 4 days and our room was never cleaned. All of that being said we would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly. The property needs some work. Rusting bathroom hinges. Housekeeping could do a better job getting into the corners. A pub next door was playing music very loud and both at checking in and checking out the smell of marijuana was present in the halks.

Outdated

For the hotel is very outdated it has not been remodeled in some time the carpet appears moldy and the hotel as you come in has a moldy smell we stayed six days and the breakfast was the same every single day link sausage that was limp dried scrambled eggs a self-made waffle and pastries that were stale it was advertised as hair dryer in room there was none you had to request room cleaning go get your own towel replacement the pool needs severe maintenance limited outside lighting at the pool a lot of chips and cracks the lantern malls around the pool were horrible and no pool towels offered
