The price and cleanliness were good. The hotel is run down, there are holes and patch marks all over the hotel and in our room on the ceilings and walls. The furniture is ripped and torn. The outside door that requires a room key is not turned on so anyone can come in. The room doors have to be slammed to shut and lock. The toilet runs all the time. The running water from above is so loud you have to keep the bathroom door shut. The breakfast bar is subpar but has what it takes for breakfast to get on the road. The area is not the nicest if that is what you are looking for.

Stay here as a last resort
After checking i went to room only to go back to the front desk because my key didnt work. Once that was resolved, I got into my room and was thankful i didnt have a black light with me. I have stayed at a few quality inns but this one by far was the absolute worse. Im pretty sure choice hotels would love to hear how bad it is. Never mind having to pay them 10 bucks to park my car in their lot.

parking fees seems like a money grab. nothing special about this place, for it to be as expensive as it is. this place should be 50 bucks a night for the area that its in.

All staff at this property are exceptional. Truly attentive, friendly and respectful of visitors. I had no problem booking several weeks for a special job assignment. Gorgeous riverfront views met me every morning at their humble but helpful breakfast. Coffee was delicious. Plenty of hot running water for showers. Cable tv to enjoy in the evening. Great time!

I booked this room and then realized this was not the location I was traveling to. I requested a refund and even told them I would still be booking with this chain, just at a different location. They refused to give me my money back. I will never book with them again!

The room was gross. Smelt like mildew and the hallway smelt like urine. There was some concerning looking people constantly nearby. The sheets were inside out, stains on the curtains, the list goes on. The people we took the trip with had more problems with their room than us. They had a hole in their floor under their bathroom sink, and the whole room smelt like urine and smoke. Our other friends had dead bugs on their walls and we had dust on everything.

The check in wasn't smooth. Individual that checked me in didn't explain why my credit carrd was charged prior to our arrival. It was finally explained by the individual that checked in my friend.
