Upon checking in at 4pm we were stopped on our way up to the room and told it wasnt ready yet, we were told about 20 minutes. It's already an hour past check but we were told just to wait in the lobby and theyd let us know when our room is ready. We wait almost an entire hour and decided to go investigate ourselves. So now 2 hours past check in we finally get in the room and it was "freshly cleaned" upon inspection we saw little ants throughout the bedroom. There was also pet hair all over the bench. Overall the room wasnt bad but very dissapointed we lost time and was never made aware it was ready nor heard anything from the manager afterwards

I went there for 4 days with my family kids included the pool was so cold, the breakfast area was good but the same food every day the rooms no good condition and terrible cleanliness .. no recommended 😑

This place really needs some upgrades especially in the rooms with there towels and bed sheets bathrooms curtains they have stains especially the bathroom curtain mold the hallways dirty no vacuuming bed very uncomfortable breakfast was very poor and for juice they give this little cup like for kids and the bread smell old the eggs frozen heat up microwave all terrible What the present in the picture is totally different when is the reality never again

The rooms that were not suites were located in a different building which had no elevator so you had to use the stairs to bring in your luggage. The bathroom was very tiny with just the tub & toilet, but had hardly enough space to be able to stand in there & close the door. The worst part about it was the noise levels from other guests. Cops were called on a group of younger adults across the hall from our room as there were about 20 of them in a 2 queen room, the front desk decided to give them 'one nore chance' if they purchased another room. As to which they did right next to their current. They soent the entire night going back & forth between the rooms with the doors slamming & partying in the hall way while my young kids tried to sleep. The front desk line was always busybsonyou had to walk down to them. Not a thing was done. The rooms were basic, but not very clean. The beds werent terribly uncomfortable. We had to go down to the front desk each night to ask for towels/wash cloths as if we asked for them to bring up during the day they would only bring 2 even though we had 4 guests registered to the room. My child got sick through the night & ended up throwing up on the comforter to which we had to walk down & get another which they had there & available thankfully, some places don't which is also terrible. but was then told to just keep the current one in our room until the next morning then to throw it in the hall. For the price I wasnt expecting much.

Check in was fine. Room was ok needs updating, one of the outlets had burn marks so wasnt comfortable knowing at one point may have been a fire or something. Breakfast was good had alot of options. We got what we paid for basically.

It was alright! Breakfast was ok! The pool however was freezing! All the kids were shivering. Ours refused to even go in it. Which is the only reason we booked this hotel. So that was disappointing. Our bathroom in the room had a super funky smell and the caulk in the shower was moldy and black in a lot of spots. We wouldn’t stay there again. But all the staff was friendly! So that was nice!

This was the hotel My whole family stayed at so i didnt really have options but it rained this week and there was a leak in my room the hotel said they fixed it and did not it leaked the whole trip. Staff entered my room twice without knocking and me and my spouse was not dressed. Blamed it on a language barrier but i thought it was common to knock before entering any room. Refused to change my room due to the leak because they said they fixed it and did not

A perfectly adequate stay. Ramada isn’t the best quality it’s just a basic stay. A bit crowded and a strange location. Staff was courteous but not luxury. They are trying to be good though. Terrible towels and limited amenities but for Hershey park. It’s an acceptable choice

Roach Inn
Upon check in was given a room that was already occupied with guests in the room when we walked in. Was given a new room but on the last day of our stay we had a cockroach walk across the desk in the room. I managed to trap it to show management and a was told there was no manager there and they didnt know when they would be in so i was given an email to contact about a refund. I paid cash and dont live in the area so we will see what will happen if and when they do something to remedy the disgusting situation
