I love that it was clean. I was able to smell the cleaning products. I love that there is a pool, hot tub, arcade room, fitness room and breakfast. It’s close to the highway and in a safe area. This was my 3rd time staying here and I have no complaints.

One night stay on my way to family visit. The first interaction was unacceptable welcome by person who informed me that since she give me map she don’t have to show me what’s where!!!! Bathroom was not clean at all but I was too tired to intervene so I just nap little and left!

The customer service was not good the people at the front desk had terrible attitudes, the guy there followed my family and was simply negative. i reported a issue i had with someone at the pool that made me feel uncomfortable, he did not show any sympathy at all and overall the people who were helping my family during our stay was rude

The beds were very uncomfortable; laying on a board would have been just as comfortable. Luckily, there were extra pillows to lay on. We were awoken at 6:30 by hotel workers throwing Sheetrock into a dumpster placed right outside our window. The breakfast was okay, featuring sausage links, possibly pre-frozen eggs, and tasty waffle batter:)

Both people who were on were so rude. Our door wasn’t locking when I said something she came up to my room was very rude. Later on I asked for more blankets the person gave me a problem told me there was one in the closet there was not. When I called back he told me to come down stairs to get blankets I said I couldn’t I had two small kids who were sleeping he finally came up and only gave me two blankets when I asked for 3. The floor was very dirty.

Avoid!

Thought we would give it a try…should have been warned when you have to drive down a poorly maintained drive, past an abandoned restaurant. The tub in our room was filthy, and it and the appearance that they were trying to hide damage by layers of paint. The floor was sticky. The front desk supervisor got engaged in conversation with some who walked up in the middle of my checkin. The conversation was in a different language, so I could tell if it was an employee or another guest. While this person is standing right at the counter, the clerk clearly stated my room number! Haven’t had anyone do that at a hotel in YEARS! It is always written down for security reasons. Breakfast area has multiple signs saying not to take food back to your room. Then, around 9pm, it sounded like someone was doing construction (pounding nails) either in a neighboring room or the room above. Finally called the front desk, and it did eventually stop. Not at all worth it!
