Clean, staff was nice. The air conditioner in our room was very loud. An alarm was going off throughout the night, it finally went off after an hour or so. We would go back.

Over priced for the overall condition of the property. We pulled back the sheets only to find blood stains! Luckily there was another bed to sleep in! I showed pictures to the staff and reported the issue to Expedia. No refund or remorse from the property. I tried reaching out and so did Expedia representatives. Find another hotel. There are many nice options in the area.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this hotel while visiting Hershey. The location allowed for quick access to the park, while be close to in-town dining. The room itself was SO spacious. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Great AC. Great shower. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, a concert we were to attend at Hersheypark Stadium was cancelled and we could not spend the evening at the property. The stay was non-cancellable and non-refundable, and although the cancellation was not planned, the manager refused to even consider issuing a voucher or consideration for a future stay. Needless to say, with this exemplary customer service experience, we will never consider Super 8 by Wyndham for any future stays. Thank you.

You can't walk to Hershey downtown from here
Let me start with positives: The older gentleman sometimes at the front desk was nice. The room refrigerator works. Pushy clerk at check-in, asking 3 times for my email address. The hotel "must know the information about their guests" he said. Honestly I couldn't understand the other things he told me. He gave us a room next to the elevator, stairs and ice machine. The stairs are old creaky wooden stairs so we heard every family that went up and down. The ice machine was incredibly loud. The decor in the room used to be a hershey chocolate brown but it's now worn out. The window AC makes a lot of different noises, which made it hard to sleep. The pillows are half-size of a normal pillow. Strange! Yes there was breakfast included with our $150 rate. The dining area was way too small for the amount of people so lots of folks were standing. Hot items included a sheet of eggs where you wonder if there is egg inside and sausages where you wonder if meat is inside. They tasted bland. The coffee from both machine and large flask was weak. The juice is mixed with water. The yogurts were small. A hotel worker attended the breakfasts. He always seemed to appear from nowhere too close to us to fix something. One time the waffle machine was broken and the batter machine dispensed water. I saw him pour the dispensed water back into the batter container for the next "lucky" customer. The worker would not clean tables after other messy families. The TV's don't work when it rains.

The carpets were stained. The chair was was dirty and stained. We had to ask for another large towel. Other hotels you’re given 4, here it was only 2. We were only given 3 pillows for a queen size bed most hotels give you 4. The air conditioner was terrible. It sounded like a jet taking off. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Someone on the 3rd floor above was running most of the night and started again 6:30 am. I booked for 2 nights and I only stayed 1 night. But I was still charge for 2 nights. It was a terrible, TERRIBLE hotel!

Room was comfortable and clean. There was a nice variety of foods for breakfast. The only problem was that our curtains did not close all the wayside the parking lot lights shined in our room all night. Overall it was a reasonable price for an overnight trip to Hershey Park.

This hotel is older and way overpriced. The older floor style air conditioner was very noisy in room 203. It is near the bed and made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. Parking is very limited. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I’d look elsewhere next time. It’s a little too far to walk back and forth to park especially with children as we had hoped for. Online booking site claimed that it was less than a mile to park, but in actuality was nearly double that distance.

It was not close to anything to walk to. There was no pool or area to sit outside. The beds were horribly uncomfortable.
