Beautiful location on the river with a nice courtyard to relax in. The breakfast service was the only disappointment. They only allow 8 people at breakfast at a time, and you have to reserve a spot by writing your name on a white board the day before. When we returned after 5pm on two days, all the spots before 9:30 were taken, so we missed breakfast twice. Seems like there could be a more accommodating setup.

Grounds not maintained .river view's obstructed by brush. Waitstaff no dressed appropriately cords draped along wall haphazardly. definitely not worth 200 + anight breakfast tasted like all the food was taken out of a tv dinner and put on a plate .

This is a lovely pair of buildings in a lovely location. If you like sunsets over the water you don't need to go to the beach, the Susquehanna is wide and slow and the adirondack chairs are in a perfect spot to sip cocktails and watch the joggers on the river walk and see the sun work its way into the hills.

This was my first bed and breakfast, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was so good!! The manor is right by the water, so the views are just stunning. We had no issues at all with our stay. It was only 25 minutes from Hershey Park, and Lake Tobias is also close by. Harrisburg itself is not the best city. But the property is in a safe area, and it is easy access to the attractions in the surrounding area. Thank you for everything!

A beautiful stately home right on the river. We got in just in time to watch the sun setting over the Susquehanna River. A moment I’ll never forget. It was magical. Room was clean and breakfast was very good.

Wonderful stay!

It was our first bed-and-breakfast stay, it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean. The people were friendly, and the view of the river was so relaxing. We sat outside and just enjoyed the view. We walked along the river. We should have walked a little further because we could have seen the Governor’s mansion. The breakfast was excellent and our server was so nice. we would definitely recommend staying here.

Best B&B

Other than contactless check in (which we personally dislike)the stay was perfect and made even better by our host Bobby. The location is gorgeous, breakfast is excellant and the hosting was great. We would definately stay again and recommend it to others.
