The vheck in clerks are always so friendly and polite. The professionalism that they provide is awesome. Ms. Amanita?(spelling)...she serves an outstanding breakfast when she is on shift. I've been going to this establishment for over 4 years when I visit Harrisburg. It is close to everything, i.e. Hershey, Downtown , the interstate.

I wanted to like this hotel so much. Read the reviews and wanted to give it the benefit of the Soucy because the hotel staff is very responsive in responding to these reviews but unfortunately the hotel is very dirty, the breakfast area is very narrow and not ADA accessible, staff refuses to restock foods and a particular staff this morning was unnecessary rude to anyone who dared asking her for anything. Save your money and sanity and go elsewhere. Overall cleanliness is also very poor. Very surprised for a Marriott.

I liked the kitchen in the room. What I didn’t like is the door lock in the bathroom was broken, the sink faucet handle was loose also and the gap on the main door was so high, I think it was an inch or more open under that door. Hopefully they return my $50 deposit in my card.

Great place to stay for a Hershey trip! Only 20 minutes to the park and the value can't be beat. Free breakfast in the morning makes it even better!
