Okay, but better options at similar price point

All the staff we encountered were helpful and pleasant. Other than that, we weren’t really impressed by the facilities. The heater in our room was very noisy and our room was stuffy. The walls seem very thin as we heard every footfall and door close outside our room. The bed was not comfortable either.

Nice hotel but needs better security

Very busy with kids sports teams. Hotel only has two elevators, and one was not working - very inconvenient. Hotel should not pit kids under 12 on top floor, leave that to adults. Kids were out of control late at night, running the halls. Have hotel security when booking very large groups.

Best stay in a long time.

The front desk staff was consistently helpful, patient, and friendly. The store items were offensively overpriced. A miniature frozen pizza was $12. Everything else about our stay was amazing and the best stay we have had anywhere in a long time.

Great one-night stay after a day visiting Hershey park. Friendly staff. Nice pool. great breakfast. We enjoyed the assortment of games in the lobby/lounge area and the foosball table.

Overnight stay in Hershey

Overnight trip to Hershey with spouse. Heck in was easy, front desk staff was friendly. Nicely configured lobby with plenty of seating, snacks and drinks to purchase, tv and games. Didn’t get to use pool and exercise room but looked clean and well kept. King bed room was on the smaller size but big enough for 2 people. Most importantly room was clean and well stocked with bath towels. Our only issue was we could hear a noise all day and through the night which sounded like people dragging furniture across the floor. We finally realized it was the lobby door opening and closing. Wasn’t a deal breaker but slightly bothersome especially at bedtime. I would definitely stay again but would make sure the room wasn’t one of the ones directly above the lobby doors.
